Ended up getting some food delivered and I did not expect this not even half a bag of chips with that guacamole plus the way they wrappedmy burrito....Now I see why reviews for this place are so crappy never ever ordering from here again sooo disgusting. You definitely lost a customer.

I wanted to highlight the exceptional hospitality I and my partner received from Serenity. She greeted us warmly at the door and made us feel welcome. She also made one of the best burritos not just from Qdoba but I've ever had. She turned what was an ordinary casual experience at Qdoba into an elevated one. The steak was a little over cooked for my liking and how do you not have sour cream at all at the beginning of the day. You just opened and I was the very first person in the restaurant and had my food made first there was no other orders being made. The internet and grub hub says that you open at 10:30am but the sign on the door says you open at 11:00am one of of those needs to change either the hours on the internet or the hours on the door to coincide with the other.

Service is really starting to slip up hard at this particular location... Staff burnout? No manager on duty? Bad days? No accountability? Who knows... I've visited Qdoba's in different areas of the Milwaukee area and out of state with nothing but good things to say. This particular location on Brady has been on the trend of incorrect orders, not having items in stock despite paying for them via online mobile ordering (of course with no refund offered.), and overall declining service. Qdoba is way better than Chipotle but this location is starting to resemble the very similar downfall of Chipotle. I hope it changes.
