I did a to-go order not too long ago and was severely disappointed with the food. The food was very poorly made, the servers seemed nice but the food wasn't what I was expecting or on par with what I've received in the past.

Placed an order, showed up 15 minutes later, the sole employee was sitting on her phone and hadn’t even seen that my order had been placed, let alone started it. Absolutely terrible.

This is, by far, the best location in the city. Not sure why all of the negative reviews. After several horrible experiences at the Oakland location, I decided to try this one out. The difference is beyond what I expected. Very clean restaurant. Polite, hard working staff, and the food was amazing. Good potions, fresh and made with care. I will be returning.

Its now 10:15. I showed up at the store location at 9:48. There were people in line and an employee locked me out of the building and said they were closed. I was trying to get 2 orders. Definitely wouldnt have taken longer than 10pm when they were supposed to close. I ended up having to go across town to chubbys cheese steaks who were open and gave me great service. That’s unfortunate that i had to drive 5 minutes across town to get good service from a place that says they are open and actually are. They obviously dont care about the customer. He said “we are closed” when their hours clearly said open. Dont go here. Its a waste of your money. If they care this little about the customer i can only imagine how good/safe their food is.

Listen i went there @ 6 today those cooks in there are horrible & they try to tip they self , its the customer choice to tip you off your service, they need to have some training & not just making food with the way they attitude is if yall dont want to make burritos and bowls bro find another job , serving people that sloppy soupy nasty food & customers speak up before u pay if they dont make it right dont pay…this just money for them they dont care bout yo food nor you, im not never coming back there they neeed to tare that down yall in a popular spot serving garbage. They need to bring a new team in there.

Well it wasn’t about the Food my dad said it’s Good but There was a Lady Who Came up to them while eating .. and said “ Oh I’m even embarrassed to tell you this but my owner said You guys bring in to much Mud “Yet my father and my brother and Uncle work in construction…. And my dad told her that they did they best to clean it up but ofc the mud all over It’s construction… I found it kinda rude like what do you want them to do and that’s not the first time they go .. I think that was wrong to say Then why do you have workers ? I work at a fast food spot and I’m clearly not gone b telling costumers ohh u leaving to much Dirt inside like no ?? It’s cool tho it would b the last time they go Ur welcome Less dirt for y’all . My thing is Don’t say that to people like it’s not right if u don’t wanna clean up the floor then close ur Dine-in .

I ordered a burrito from them late night and it was the worst burrito I’ve ever received in my life literally. I had a burrito with extra steak, rice, beans, and guacamole but when I got it there was no steak or rice just guacamole and beans. Not to mention the poor packaging looked like it was just thrown together without a care in the world, wasn’t even wrapped correctly and was just stuffed in the bag. Completely horrible I would’ve been more satisfied if they would’ve just canceled the order.

This used to be my favorite Qdoba. Over the past couple of month it’s been going down hill. The new staff can be so attitudinal and sometimes have disregard for customers. I stood in line for 10min waiting to order and no one spoke to me until I finally asked to order. Then I was told they are not taking walk-in orders because they’re so swamped with pick up orders. That’s OK. But use common sense and tell customers entering the door right away instead of letting them stand in line without so much of a hello. I said wow, thanks and laughed at how stupid the situation was, said thank you (although I wasn’t thankful at all) then left.One of the employees got a rude tone with me for no reason as I was exiting the restaurant. She didn’t speak to me the entire time I was waiting but finally says something as my back is turned. Bold. I went down the street to the water st Qdoba and had a night and day experience. I guess I’ll have to start going to that one now.

The staff did not want to serve anyone. The restaurant did not close for 2 hours, but both doors were locked to prevent new customers from entering. Customers were also told if they opened the door to let people in that they would not be served. I was luckily able to enter as someone exited after eating for several minutes, but another group was told they would not be served due to a lack of staff after they entered when another customer left. Food delivery drivers were allowed to enter, but dine in or take our orders were turned away.
