The service was nice in terms of the people. All of them were sweet.
But! DO NOT buy the chicken OR salsa verde! I'm now up late tonight with food poisoning from the tacos I had, and I don't know if it's from the chicken or salsa Verde, but I feel like complete poo! I don't want anyone else experiencing what I am tonight.
I would recommend if you want mexican, support your local taco trucks 🚚 These will be more trusting and better quality.

Just ordered 2 brisket burritos. They put hardly any rice on the burritos, the brisket looked like processed dog foods place is dirty and not friendly. $12 each and this is what u get.. what a rip off! Just tried it, the burrito is stale and hard! Brisket has zero flavor. I threw them both out! $25 down the drain! Won’t recommend or return!

Ordered this mini bowl tonight and realized they gave me raw chicken. They gave me my refund but man I feel so bad for all the customers that were in front of me and got from the same chicken. Never eating QDOBA again! Very disappointed ☹️

Evrytime I come here i feel like walking away with nothing the portions here are unbelievably small that's how they get you to add an extra serving like this is a scam and the guacamole isn't even spread out it's one glob in the middle, I should be able to taste everything together!!!
Worst experience we’ve ever had at Qdoba. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I had to make an exception for this place. Horrible customer service. Most employees had on AirPods and seemed to be having personal conversations while taking our order. On top of that, I watched the worker wrap my burrito and to say the least it wasn’t a very well wrapped burrito. I noticed this and asked for a bowl on the side because I knew it would fall apart immediately. Sure enough it did. The customer service at this location takes away from the great customer service I’ve had at most other locations. I’m not sure if this is lack of training or if the employees just don’t care but I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The woman who is at the start of the line is so incompetent, they don’t even know what is on their own menu. I asked for a kids meal and was told I couldn’t get the sides or drink for my son. Even though I paid for it. Very rude and disrespectful. And also just didn’t get what I ordered. My husband is currently experiencing severe stomach pain after eating here also.
This is the second time dealing with this woman, and she honestly is so incompetent and unaware of her basic job duties she needs to be fired. Do they not do training of the menu and what items come with a kids meal or is it pure laziness? Either way these employees display absolute horrible customer service skills. Complete disappointment. Boo.

I got a ground beef quesadilla and was charged for extra meat when there was no extra meat place on my quesadilla. On top of that the quesadilla was not done and very flimsy. I had to cook it some more at home. They only speak Spanish.
