My kids quesadillas was not right. They forgot the rice. The chips that they gave was still seemed like they was rushing me to get out of there to take care of the other customers the white ones I would never go back again.

One of the best Qdobas ever. Literally. I always have a good experience here. Kind people, fresh and clean food. Great proportions. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Wrote a review on DoorDash but realized it should be on here too. They need a raise fr

No one answers the phone when calling about an issue with a delivery order.
Service so rude I thought I was at a Popeyes.
Had an incredibly rude line woman, I was returning the cages for a prior catering event, then she went out of her way to address every other person in the restaurant before ignoring me while I stood in line for a further five minutes before huffing and asking what I would like.
All I wanted to do was return the cages. I don't know what got into her, and I know working food service is tough, but she treated me poorly for no reason for a very long period of time when I was just trying to help drop off some of their own belongings.
I didn't eat the food, but I was kind of floored how they treated me, and I left without ordering anything.

Honestly, this felt like a sealed fate—destined to happen. I had too good of a day at work, and clearly, the universe needed to humble me back to the cruel reality of life. And there’s no better place to assist with that than this particular Qdoba.
I came here out of convenience. I usually go to the 124th & Capitol location, and wow... they showed me exactly why deviating from that was a poor decision. I scheduled my mobile order about 10 minutes before arriving—not too late in the afternoon—and still ended up waiting nearly a full hour. All for a side ingredient that was prepped and ready within 10–15 minutes. Add that to the 30-minute wait for my mobile order (which, I’ll admit, was partially on me), and you’ve got a recipe for frustration.
But the cherry on top? The lovely lady at the counter, who insisted on enlightening my experience further with her condescending, dismissive attitude. Thankfully, another staff member eventually brought out my order—she wasn’t too bad.
The way this restaurant operates needs a complete overhaul. Why are people standing around with their food practically done, waiting 20 minutes just to pay? And my brother in Christ... why, and I mean whyyy, was I there for almost an hour—for a side of steak?
This wasn’t some unavoidable issue either. I’ve been to the Mayfair & Bluemound and 127th & Capitol locations before, and never had problems like this. To put things in perspective: during my wait, I saw two Route 33 buses pass by outside. Those buses run 35 minutes apart. That’s kinda wild, ngl 😂
So here’s my advice: if you’ve got a little extra gas money and want a smoother experience, please—for the love of everything good—go to the 124th & Capitol location.
As for this business? You’ve made your impression. I won’t be back. And frankly, that might be a relief. But for those who still plan to come here, do yourself a favor: lower your expectations. Otherwise you will be likely disappointed 😅.

This location needs to do better. It’s close to home, so we used to come here semi-frequently when we wanted something quick. In the past we had no major issues other than long lines, which wasn’t a big deal. Unfortunately, the last three visits have been consistently disappointing.
The first time, I brought my mom in and the staff were impatient and impolite while she asked questions about the menu. Some time later, I gave it another chance, but the employee assembling my food was rude from the start. She put the lid on my bowl before I was finished ordering toppings, and when I asked for more she told me she “was not allowed to open the bowl after it’s been closed.” I understand protocol, but she could have simply discarded the lid and replaced it, or at least offered the toppings on the side. Instead, she moved on without even asking if my boyfriend wanted to order — so he left without food.
When I asked at the register for a side of cheese (since none had been added to the bowl), she gave me a tiny pinch with attitude. Thankfully, the cashier stepped in and kindly added more without us asking.
Last night my boyfriend placed an order and unfortunately had the same experience with the same employee: rude service and the smallest portions we’ve ever received at any Qdoba. They were also completely out of chips by 8:30 pm and the drink selection was limited.
I work in the food service industry and I understand that everyone has rough days, but there is no reason for this level of poor service to happen repeatedly. I do not recommend this location until management addresses these issues.

Dude if i could leave 0 or a half star i would. Food was INSANELY salty. Like me and my partner couldnt even finish it. Im not sure if extra salt was added to one of the salsas or w.e but im black and mexican… this was leave your tongue numb salty… besides the salt my order was COMPLETELY wrong (ordered pick up via mobile app so i didn't see them prepare it) but ig plus side is my partners order was right… just super salty. 0/10 & when we called we no one answered 🙂 just go to the one on 124th & cap.
Poor communication, terrible service and needless hostility. The type of experience that makes you feel worse because you didn't quite stand up for yourself in the moment.
But it's not your fault, this Qdoba just doesn't care. At all.
Avoid the angst and choose a different option; vote with you dollar and maybe they'll stop ripping us off.

I have never in my life written a bad review or even complained about a service or food. I have to say something about what I experienced here. I had just worked a 14 hour shift and was starving and desperate so I decided to get Qdoba on my way home. Big mistake. I get home and am eating and just feel like something is off. The food was cooler than expected but I assumed it was from my car ride home. Then I get a bite of a weird piece of chicken and start investigating. Most chicken pieces were barely cooked and some were legit raw. I came back in the store with the food and honestly disturbed by what I was potentially eating and the girls looked at me like I was the insane one. Then someone also said, “you ate most of it.” Yeah it’s half eaten with literal raw meat mixed in. I showed them and meat and someone actually gasped. I didn’t even get an I’m sorry and I was visibly in tears and fearful of getting food poisoning. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a refund and I didn’t understand how me literally showing the raw meat didn’t elicit more of a response. Instead I left in tears, feeling crazy that I was so disturbed by being served undercooked and raw chicken. This place should be shut down.
