Dude if i could leave 0 or a half star i would. Food was INSANELY salty. Like me and my partner couldnt even finish it. Im not sure if extra salt was added to one of the salsas or w.e but im black and mexican… this was leave your tongue numb salty… besides the salt my order was COMPLETELY wrong (ordered pick up via mobile app so i didn't see them prepare it) but ig plus side is my partners order was right… just super salty. 0/10 & when we called we no one answered 🙂 just go to the one on 124th & cap.
Poor communication, terrible service and needless hostility. The type of experience that makes you feel worse because you didn't quite stand up for yourself in the moment.
But it's not your fault, this Qdoba just doesn't care. At all.
Avoid the angst and choose a different option; vote with you dollar and maybe they'll stop ripping us off.

I have never in my life written a bad review or even complained about a service or food. I have to say something about what I experienced here. I had just worked a 14 hour shift and was starving and desperate so I decided to get Qdoba on my way home. Big mistake. I get home and am eating and just feel like something is off. The food was cooler than expected but I assumed it was from my car ride home. Then I get a bite of a weird piece of chicken and start investigating. Most chicken pieces were barely cooked and some were legit raw. I came back in the store with the food and honestly disturbed by what I was potentially eating and the girls looked at me like I was the insane one. Then someone also said, “you ate most of it.” Yeah it’s half eaten with literal raw meat mixed in. I showed them and meat and someone actually gasped. I didn’t even get an I’m sorry and I was visibly in tears and fearful of getting food poisoning. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a refund and I didn’t understand how me literally showing the raw meat didn’t elicit more of a response. Instead I left in tears, feeling crazy that I was so disturbed by being served undercooked and raw chicken. This place should be shut down.

Portion sizes are half the size of any other qdoba. Food has been ice cold and undercooked the last 2 visits.
Do not waste your money here these folks do not give a care about the quality the preparation of this food. They will send you raw food please placed on order to go chicken literally not cooked totally waste

Everything about this location was just 'meh.' The staff was completely checked out, barely engaged with customers at all. The woman, who appeared to be the manager, was on her personal phone the entire time we were there. The food itself was standard, nothing special as it comes to quality. Also, what is with the creepy parking lot mafia guy? Just standing out there with a clipboard and a yellow security vest. So strange!

Portion sizes have gone to less than half. Don’t bother going to this one
I’d recommend avoiding this hostile environment entirely unless you come prepared with a detailed itinerary to share with their parking lot enforcer. He’ll chase you down as soon as you leave your vehicle to make sure you’re planning to buy something from one of their businesses within one hour. If not, he’ll tell you to move your car immediately and threaten to have it towed.
So here’s my advice: if you’re planning to visit a business within walking distance and grab some Qdoba for home, you’d better pick up the Qdoba first and then head to your second destination while your food sits in the car getting cold. Otherwise, you’ll be accused of trespassing and blamed for costing the plaza hundreds of dollars in imaginary lost revenue, even if you’re a paying customer. And I’m not quite sure why Qdoba is blaming their guests for costing them money when they save so much by adding as little meat as possible to their customers’ orders.
This area actively discourages people from patronizing the businesses it’s supposedly protecting. Spend your money somewhere that doesn’t treat its customers like criminals.

It is hit or miss and tonight was a total miss. Charged $42.28 and tipped $20 for the shit weather that made me order. $10.15 for chicken loaded tortillas soup delivered WITHOUT soup or chicken. NO CUSTOMER service, no phone response, No printed survey code, even the links aren’t secure. Can’t even get a partial refund for the food that was not delivered. Wouldn’t normally do this shit of a review, but there is no other recourse as they won’t even answer the phone.

Was very disappointed in the portion size for my burrito bowl. Also I ordered extra protein and feel it was not a difference. I get the bowl at least once a week. Not happy
