Ordered food for my son and got chips and a small thing of the mild salsa on the side. The salsa was super runny and smells and taste like straight beer.
Edit: left it in the fridge overnight to bring back to show them today and it blew the cap off when I went to go grab it. 100% fermented which can make people seriously sick.

Portions were small, older Hispanic lady with an attitude making the food. Didn't listen so my order was wrong, but she didn’t care because it’s 5 mins before closing. Charged me for chips? been to qdoba hundreds of times and not once have i ever paid for chips when getting a bowl. Guess if i want qdoba again I’ll gladly go to the oak creek location.

Although the food and restaurant was clean, the people were incredibly stingy on the portions of the food, and I understand portion controls especially in places like Qdoba, but to charge someone $4 for a sliver of extra meat is insane!!

2nd time order is wrong upon delivery when they have the printed ticket with what goes on the order stuck to the top of the bowl. No one answers phone when you call. Careless work at its best. 4 years later, I stop in.... my total is $40.05.... I pay with 3 $20 bills and the girl at the register is visibly iritated... not knowing i wanted change to leave a $10 tip...... for them doing NOTHING extra than they would have done anyway... I wish I could lower my previous rating! (Still left the tip since she HOPEFULLY doesn't represent the group as a ehole)

One of the workers guards the meat portions like prime Scottie pippen.Like it’s coming out of here own pocket! She talking about “portions” when she ain’t fill up the spoon.seriously I hate to write this because most of the workers are nice and give normal portions but this time I had to pay extra just to get a normal portion. I’ll still come back but best believe I’m watching that spoon like a hawk next time.

I go in there. The people have bad attitudes. The rice is undercooked. The beans are undercooked at times Their portions of protein are very small all the way around just a very poor restaurant. I live on the southside and I choose to go downtown to their Qdoba because they seem to do a better job in all honesty.
