I went in not sure of what I wanted & felt very rushed w no line behide me, both the lady’s resting face said it all that they did not want to be there let alone make my bowl. Served me not even a full cup of rice more like half a cup. I also asked for half chicken half steak, Both were half scoops & I was charged double. Will be going to chipotle for now on.

I ordered a Chicken Queso... What i got was a Burrito with rice and cheese. Tortilla was cold, and the wrapping , well my two year old could have done a better job. When I got home, and opened it, it was disgusting. This is the 2nd time in a row, that my experience has been lees than acceptable. The young lady was rude, and did not listen when I asked her what to do.
My wife ordered a chicken and steak bowl with cheese, sour cream and Queso. She got two pieces of chicken and steak, rice, lots of Queso, and no cheese. You might find this funny, but l plan on going online as well.
First complaint for me. I am a small business owner, and know that we sometimes have a bad day, but this is getting ridiculous.
Not here looking for freebies, just informing someone that might care, that you have a problem in your store.

Asked for extra beans and rice, they charged me for extra meat...which I did not ask for.
Apparently when something that you order is disgusting, the manager (I assumed was a manager because he was wearing a black polo, different than the other workers) will look at you like you're an alien when you try and exchange it and then try to make you feel like an idiot for not wanting to consume something unpalatable. On top of that, the staff will purposely remake the food using untoasted tortillas because they think that cold tortillas are cool to eat. This Qdoba clearly is a joke.
P.s. When we warmed up the food to eat at home, it was still trash.

I used to be able to count on this location, but in recent months, have been so disappointed and wasted my money. I had a bowl previously that was so sad, I had to reach out to get a refund. A few months later, now, I order again thinking that one order was just a rough day, but experienced the same issue of receiving poor quality food that is not even close to what I paid for. 8 dollars for a bowl that only had two individual shrimp in it is so disappointing. Hoping quality can pick up again at some point.
