Operations need serious improvement. The wait staff was competent but the management and operations is a nightmare. - Nobody at host desk to greet us, waiting for multiple minutes. - Entrees brought before appetizer (I blame operations, not our waitress) - Drinks never brought until we mentioned that we never got them. This was not on our waitress, the manager offered it and then never followed through. They recovered in the end, but it was extremely disappointing from the start. Will never return or recommend.

When we sat down we were excited to order the rib cap steak. The manager came out and tried to tell us how amazing the bottleneck steak is compared to the rib cap. Of course everyone knows the rib cap is the best part of the ribeye. We come to learn after ordering rib cap that they are out of it. Instead of just telling us that in the first place they tried to sell us on something else. All three of our steaks were cooked to a nice cold center with the outside seared. We asked for medium rare and sent them back and the manager told us they can make it more medium if we want instead of telling us they cooked it incorrectly. I have had Pittsburg style steak and this was more rare than that was. Place wasn't busy so even more reason to not make mistakes. Probably won't be back

Never had a bad meal here. They are always so attentive and accommodating to my allergies which is a huge bonus. Can't say enough good things about the food, highly recommend you don't leave without trying the lobster bisque.

I took my wife here for her birthday last week and we very impressed! I chose to book a place we've never been and this one got pretty good reviews so I was excited to surprise her! Inside is very intimate and sophisticated and I assume since we went on a Tuesday night, it was not crowded nor was there any noise. We were greeted by Marilyn, who was super sweet and gave us all sorts of compliments (thank you). Our server, Raj, was very knowledgeable and took good care of us. My wife got the pistachio crusted sea bass and I got the filet, both were excellent. AND I can't forget to mention the warm sourdough bread that came out before the meal. Oh, and the table across from us ordered bananas foster, we got to watch that being prepared. Thanks again for a great experience!

I made reservations for our 31 anniversary. Though it would nice to be at a table in main dinning area. Instead we had table in back hallway. Food was so so. Steak had a salty and deep pepper taste. Not worth the value. Sorry had better

We went for a 30th wedding anniversary dinner and let the restaurant know in advance. When we arrived we were asked if we're there for any special occasion and mentioned it again. Our waitress was nice and accommodating and the issues we experienced weren't necessarily in her control except the drinks. She did mention they were short staffed and had only one bartender and we appreciated the notice so we ordered two rounds at once. The first round came which was great including the smoked old fashion in a smoke filled case..it was cool. By the time the next round came, there was no smoke for the smoked old fashions b/c there were no smokers available...she should have held our drinks wand waited until there were, as the table next to us had 3 of them all in use leaving none for other patrons. In addition, my husband's second cocktail arrived in a small juice glass as she said there were no more clean cocktail glasses available. The restaurant was not at capacity. We had 4 dirty empties on our table which could have been removed, washed and ready to use. Our water glasses were never refilled. The food was delicious so no complaints on that however when it came time for dessert we ordered the bananas foster and cheesecake. Nothing was mentioned for the anniversary by our waitress, although several other tables were greeted with complimentary birthday desserts. All in all I'd say it was less than a fine dining experience and for the price I'd skip it as there are better places with great steaks, exceptional service and accommodation for special occasions.

Service cannot be beat. My steak got overcooked. Waiter got a new steak for me cooked perfectly, brought out fresh sides. Would recommend to any steak lover

I enjoy my dinner. The salmon could have been cooked longer. It was gummy in the center. The taste was not very good. Everything else was.

I had the ginger pear martini which was a nice balance of sour and sweet. Oysters Rockafeller were outstanding. Rib Cap was perfect medium rare, no enhancements needed. Husband had NY strip with truffle butter. Also good, but we both liked mine better. Beef fat fries with garlic mayo were delicious. Topped it all off with the triple chocolate cake. Overall, best meal I've ever had.

Exceptional in all aspects!! Setting the stage my Cocktail was tasty as was the Champaigne my wife had. She went the fish route; crab cake, lobster bisque and the lobster - all excellent. I went the steak route with a loaded baked potato after my lobster bisque- wonderful. Can't say enough on the professional ways of waiter Raj attention to detail and the fact that GM John Levine stopped by to check on us several times.

Last time I was here was New Years Eve, so it's been 7 months. In those 7 months I've noticed a change to one of my favorite appetizers— the charcuterie board. It had a lot less meat and cheese, and the flat crackers were replaced with little hard pieces of bread. The server did ask for our feedback on the charcuterie board and she brought us out more cheese and some crackers. Another change we noticed was there was no more fluffy airy bread basket. Instead it was toasted garlic bread. Sadly, these 2 changes to my 2 favorite items, is enough to make me dine there less frequently. But the steak and pork chop were excellent, prepared to our liking and always fresh. Thank you for the complimentary birthday dessert.

Our party of five was warmly greeted and immediately seated in the bar room. We love the Rare bar area-our bartender Nia was a true professional-our cocktails were outstanding -she took excellent care of us and the food was so delicious.

Great Evening. The food was very good. All steaks were cooked to perfection. The wagu steak however, was a little tough but the establishment made up for it and apologized.
