I love this chocolates, they are delicious and we order them several times a year for special occasions. I know they seem expensive, but they are the most delicious chocolates ever.

You kidding me?!! 4 drinks which was mostly ice, lack luster service $50+ bucks!! No wonder it was empty! This is not New York! Will never, ever go there again! Signed "And I left a tip!"

Updated review: We booked a chocolate safari for a family reunion that was, unfortunately, canceled when everything was ordered shut down due to Covid. When we were not able to reschedule the family trip I sought a refund. Richard, the owner, did not respond to my repeated calls or emails for almost a month and his next emails were slow in coming too. He ultimately told me that he would still be charging me a fee for the staff he *would have paid* to host the safari *if* we had been legally allowed to attend. Ultimately we only received 75% of the value of our pre-payment. He then said we had to pay shipping fees, although the website offers free shipping for orders over $30, since we were ordering it via email rather than placing the order ourselves online (which he wouldn't give me the ability to do). He said he would calculate the cost of cold packs for shipping to warmer states (per the website they add a surcharge for shipping with cold packs and insulated boxes to southern states in the summer), but then changed his mind and just refused to ship to any state where the temperature would be above 80 degrees for several days straight. Because they did not use any cold packs to ship to the destinations we ultimately chose (just a regular priority mail box), Richard obsessively updated me about the status of our two packages (while this was helpful it would have been easier if he just gave me the tracking numbers), instructing us to bring them inside as soon as they arrived to prevent melting. As for the chocolates themselves: The caramel chocolates are 1x1x.75 inches, which was rather small for the price charged per piece; we thought the caramel was a bit grainy too. Other family members really loved some of their selections, though. The whole experience ended up being frustrating--I didn't have much of a bargaining position, since I had pre-paid before the shut down and I was afraid that Richard would simply ghost me again if I pushed too hard and I'd get nothing at all. In short, I'm glad I don't have any more business with Red Elephant and that at least I got some of my money back in the form of chocolates.

We booked a “Chocolate Safari” for our family reunion and pre-paid several hundred dollars right before Covid hit and inter-state travel became forbidden. I was told they’d be happy to rebook us once we rescheduled our trip. After several months it became clear that we were not going to be able to reschedule. I have contacted them REPEATEDLY to say we’d like to get a refund but they have COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME. They haven’t told us anything, that they could give us chocolates instead of a cash refund. Nothing. No response to emails or phone calls—they don’t even answer the phone during business hours. I was wondering if they went out of business, but they’re still selling chocolates on their website. How unprofessional.

Milwaukee's Third Ward is full of louder, crowded bars that tend to specialize more in beer than cocktails. Nicole's Third Ward Social has a decent selection of beer, but it's more of a cocktail or wine lounge than a bar. In addition to a good selection of interesting cocktails, the place also offers some a limited appetizer menu (Charcuterie Boards and gourmet popcorn) and a nice selection of higher-end chocolates. This spot is great for a couple or two to come and enjoy a chat with a good drink. If you're more in the mood for a party, this might not be your place, but Nicole's is a great option for more intimate date night.

A bit on the expensive side but not outrageous by any means. Limited selection however everything is mid or top shelf. Specialty drinks leave something to be desired, however the ice cream drinks are great. Good place for night caps or after dates.

Definitely trying to support local businesses but this is a reason why I venture out to different cities or states. Terrible customer service. I along with my girlfriend visited this place for the first time. The atmosphere is nice, good wine, okay meat and cheese board. I can get over that but terrible customer service, I can't do. The gentleman who was serving seem to be irritated. I didn't even want to continue my order but today is date night. The young lady Paige served my girlfriend and she was great. I didn't have the pleasure of her service. Maybe your experience will be better than ours. Very disappointed!

Rude employee, made my family feel uncomfortable.

Was really excited to try this place, drove from racine! drinks looked really good. When we got there and went up to order drinks, the bartender wasn’t friendly at all. He didn’t even acknowledge us (a simple hi or i’ll be right with you). Made our drinks and told us our total and that was it. Drinks were mediocre. i’m a bartender so I get it.. but I won’t go back.

Very nice & cool place to go. Lots of nice selection of craft beers. Kind & nice bartender. Good place if you don't want an overcrowded place. Surprised it isn't so slammed bc it is a perfect location

I had a great experience, I loved our Bartender Barry. He was knowledgeable in the different whiskeys and tequilas. And the hot chocolate bomb was delicious. It's not a 100%wine bar but it's a absolutely wonderful place to go especially on a date night or hanging out with the girls. I will definitely be back!!!!!!

Barry was the BEST Bartender and host!!! Hands down a fun time!!! A must stop!!!

Very cute space and nice ambiance! I had the old fashioned and it was strong and delicious they have a fun/unique menu (like their spiked hot chocolates) and good desserts. I'd love to try the chocolate pairing next time!
