I bought the Red Star Nutritional Yeast Flakes thinking it was a healthy product. After researching the additives I was shocked to find that Thiamine Hydrochloride & Pyridoxine Hydrochloride are both synthetic and very harmful. If any can shed some light on this product, I will be open to know more about it!
