The pernil was very flavorful and moist, the tostones were nice and big, the portion overall was generous for the price ($15). You get three sides and one protein, they have different sides available too.

I ordered a create your own plate on DoorDash. I chose one meat (pernil) and three sides (coditos aka macaroni salad, arroz con gandules, maduros (ripe plantains). The pernil was so tender and flavorful. The seasoning really packed a punch. It was perfect because the other items weren’t to heavily seasoned. The coditos was just ok. A little bland but I was glad the noodles weren’t overcooked. The arroz was perfect! Nicely cooked and good flavor. Of course you can’t go wrong with maduros. My only gripe was that the pernil didn’t have a nice crunchy crispy piece of skin with it.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Puerto Rico and I’m telling you the food from here. Amazing flavor is everything that’s all. I’m gonna say I’m glad I can bless you guys. By by you blessing me guys with your food. Always appreciate it

Sadly, this is my first time eating from this establishment. On a scale of one to 10 I give it a 10. The food is made fresh.The pastelillos of choice were stuff. The codito salad was typical simple and yet extraordinary. I can’t say enough! No one cannot compete with the food of this establishment.

Arroz con Gandules is super dry and hard...no olives or ham/meat. Do not get the steak and onions. It is literally boiled unseasoned tough cubed steak. Cannot eat it.

Not as good as Mom's or Grandma's (of course lol) but they sure are pretty close. Whenever I want Puerto Rican food this is my go to. Highly recommend
