The guy at the counter was awesome. Everyone else…? Not so much. Were given multiple wrong drinks. They took em back and gave em to other tables. Forgot our cheesecake. Odd situation.

Banana nut muffin was molded, i bit right into it without seeing it, i was refunded but no other accommodations or offers were made. Won't be back.

The woman behind the bar was wonderful, cheeful, welcoming
The place was cozy and ecclectic
HOWEVER - our coffees were, at best, middling, and despite the canister up front proclaiming recycling - it isn't and, according to the hostess, they can't be bothered to actually recycle

Parking: Good luck - its brady street. Go to walgreens, if you dare, park there

Kid-friendliness: This is a neighborhood trend cafe
Its cool
don't bring kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Like most older places on brady street, it has steps up front

I tried the dark chocolate mocha. It was good. This was my first time and the customer service is also good. It is busy street so it’s bit busy when I visited. Overall experience is good.

Sadly this place has gone down hill since Brian left. I’d love to give grace here but on 4 separate occasions within the last month I’ve had such a bad experience with one of the barista’s. From not making orders correctly (no espresso in my latte), to them slamming the door in customers faces and locking them out of the cafe during operating hours. Also, the pricing being inconsistent on the same drink. Wishing them well and hope for some change.

The hidden gem in Milwaukee. You Must stop in here for special coffee/tea. The environment is so amazing.

They have a plethora of both tea and coffee options and, this being my first visit, I told Mason what I drink at home and how I adjust for vacation (I’m visiting MKE for the weekend). He made me a delicious cappuccino with Mystic syrup that completely hit the bull’s eye! As Mason shows below, it’s a thumbs up for coffee!

Slowest service I’ve received in all my travels, but great coffee. Worth the stop IF you have the time.

Just like I remember it. Counter lady was lovely and made me some nice espresso shots. Love the busy, funky atmosphere and the upstairs seating. If i lived in MKE I'd go here multiple times a week.

This is my favorite coffee shop in MKE! I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager, this used to be the best place to hang out as a kid before I could get into bars. I made so many new friends and memories here! Love Rochambo!

Let’s make it easy. It’s a coffee and tea shop with hip baristas, interesting decor, and killer Irish Coffee.

Let me start by saying the service was great and the barista was quick and efficient. They were the only person working and there was a line that they got through quickly. Everything else about this place was pretty cringe ? I’ve never seen a place get so many reviews with the word “hipster” in them before. I don’t know if that’s a word I’d use to describe how this place felt, just felt non-conformist in the worst way. The atmosphere feels dirty. The carpet upstairs is disgusting and felt unsanitary. I don’t think I’ve even been in a coffee shop as gross looking as this one. The writing on the walls is a cool concept, though a lot of it just feels like teenage angst. Coffee shops don’t have to be grey and straight edge, but they certainly don’t have to feel a like trap house either. Maybe this spot just wasn’t for me, but I feel like I’ve gone to a lot of coffee shops in the Midwest; this is one of the worst.

And in case you were wondering, the coffee sucked.
