My daughter got an award at school that gave her a free pizza and drink here. ? The woman who helped us (I wish I got her name) was so kind and helpful. While we were waiting for our food. We went to get our drinks. My daughter tried the pink lemonade and then the fruit punch (she was undecisive, so I had her try a little to help pick her choice). I let the lady behind the counter know (she was certainly multitasking and doing GREAT at it), and it was fixed asap. My 6 year old was like, "I want to thank her, mommy." When it was time to leave, my daughter became shy but thanked her for assisting us. It was so cute. I have been around this area since 2013. This year I just started going and it won't be our last because of her service. ??♀️

I ordered a pizza over the phone. Excellent customer service. Pizza was ready when I arrived. Nice and friendly lady at the counter. When I arrived home the pizza was excellent nice and hot. I definitely will be back.

Very disappointed for another year and trying to get heart shaped pizza. Ad this year said they don't need to be ordered three types of pizza would be available all day. Got there and found at least 30 people in the waiting area and the drive thru packed. Come to find out most of the people in the waiting area had not even ordered yet as the had stopped taking orders to catch up. After waiting about 20 minutes with not much happening, we gave up and left with nothing.

Very ghetto. There are boxes laying around in the lobby to them left of counter. You can tell they have been there fir a while. Pizza was barely luke warm...if you tell them they really don't care. Don't bother

Was there for a pizza, took double the time to make it, was told several times it was almost ready then finally came half hour later.
It took the drive-through worker five minutes to even say something over the speaker and I was the only one in line there was nobody in the store, so I don’t understand what was taking so long then I finally ordered and kindly asked him to read me my order back to make sure he got everything he never did. He just said Yep And said you can pull around when I got to the window. He didn’t say a word to me. He just stuck his hand out so I gave him the cash and my debit card. He never even told me what he was charging me. He then took my card and my cash gave me my card back and never handed me a receipt The whole confrontation he never said a single word then when I finally got my food and got home, I realized I didn’t even get my order right I ordered a sausage and pepperoni slice and got a sausage and mushroom slice. My girlfriend ordered shrimp Alfredo with extra broccoli and a side salad. She got one little bushel of broccoli like three baby shrimp that had look like they have just been born and she didn’t even get a salad instead, they gave her more breadsticks than they gave me horrible service. Definitely do not recommend going here or anywhere along Brown deer Road. We also feel very sick after eating this food never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I walked into the restaurant. There was one car in the drive-thru. 1 person sitting over at a table playing on his phone while the lady behind the counter worked front counter and drifted through. Took her a while to greet me. I ordered a large Pepsi and an order of breadsticks breadsticks Luke warm slightly hard on the edges. The Pepsi ran out actually was feeling my cup and she asked me if this would be OK and I said. No, thats all what's our water? She said will you can try over it there once for the customers. But outside of the counter, but there's a lot of Nat's over there so this place is not being ran correctly. I do not recommend anybody in here with the cleanliness being questionable. At best

I bought a Halloween pizza and bread sticks and the pizza tasted off and the bread sticks were so doughy! (like when I bite into one I ate dough)never going to this location again!! I've never gotten sick eating Rocky's till now (and this was all I could eat while pregnant)
