Visited the store 7/2/25 at about 1:10pm. My order was placed #13033202 @1:11pm. Pizza was great, service was not what I expected. Management worked out the issue with the service. Please patronize this business management does respond in a very timely manner with concerns.

Food was excellent today, hot and fresh. Staff was unfriendly, seemed bothered.
Just stopped into this Rocky's and it was a perfect in and out. The girl at the front counter was quick, efficient, and friendly. The 2 slices of sausage pizza I got were well made, no burnt cheese.
When I do go to this location, my food is fresh!

The pizza was freshly made and the crew followed my specific instructions. The atmosphere was calm and the staff was friendly.
Pizza was under cooked and cold. Breadstick were old and cold. Staff was stand offish and could not find order. Staff cooking was wearing earbuds and no gloves.
I ordered to help fund raising efforts for my child's school. Online ordering was smooth. The nice, professional lady who called to confirm my order - was great by phone and upon my arrival. The restaurant was clean inside and outside.

I order a huge order for a lunch party at the last minute. The asst. General manager and his crew didn't disappoint me. He even carry the food out and load my vehicle. The food was hot and fresh. The staff members were very friendly.

Food meets expectations. The service is sub par. The teenagers at the front counter can't solve basic problems or answer to any concerns, and they're glued to their cell phones before and after you place an order in person. The atmosphere inside is like all others, but the atmosphere outside in cringe worthy, dirty and disgusting the the neighborhood.
