Terrible experience. I ordered 3 pizzas using the app for a pick up time of 5:30. At 6:22 I get my order and when I went to finally grab my pizzas from the counter, not even an apology or any acknowledgement of it being late. All I got was a look of "get the F out". I gave a genuine "thank you" hoping that may elicit any reaction. I got a death stare and some comments I won't share here. Any level of customer service would have made me be compassionate as I have worked in the service industry. This was horrible. The manager and owner of this location should be ashamed of the front staff. Good luck!

The pizza my family ordered did not look like the picture at all. We ordered sausage and pepperoni, but you could count the amount of pepperonis on one hand. It also looked smashed, and not puffy like their pizzas usually are. The lettuce on my salad was also extremely soggy before I even added the ranch to it. It also looked old, like they had been keeping it for a while until someone finally bought it instead of throwing it out. The breadsticks were the only redeeming part of the meal. The worker was also extremely rude to my mom over the phone, not giving her name or the manager’s name when she asked for a refund. We will not be returning to this establishment.

The 3 new pizzas perfectly highlight this softer quality of crust! I really love that.Now offering Chicken Bacon Ranch, I’m impressed by how Rocky’s thought about what would make their special pizzas different from the rest. I encourage you to try them out while considering more flavors for dipping.New pan-style pies with chicken and ranch are available in small - large sizes and they give just about as much taste satisfaction as the regular version.WHAT MAKES THE RANCH EVEN BETTER is —> dipping each bite into a side of the traditional marinara sauce. COMBINING THE TWO SAUCES IS KEY for the most deliciousness.

Nostalgia flows from Rockys. Funny classy movie posters. Bold red uniforms. Thick crust. SUPER SLICES. Definitely consider going back to Rocky's with some friends and family! While the Slices of the Day are convenient, it may be more fulfilling to call ahead and order a small or medium size "pan style pizza", possibly with sausage and stuffed crust? I've seen that it helps to specify extra sauce on the order. It's great to see that Rocky's is still a popular choice, and so I recommend calling the Capital Drive location closer to around when it opens at 10:30 am and they can start preparing the order at a later time. There is also only one kind of marinara sauce available, so if you like to dip the pizza like at Pizza Hut or Little Caesars, maybe try combining this pan style pie with some of the aiolis from Cafe Hollander for flavor exploration and enjoyment? - haha, that's what I would do. Always appreciate the kind service and variety of options!

This may be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The employees were actually openly discussing the fact that one girl was mad over a boy not calling her, the cashier was too busy eating her fries from McDonald’s to be bothered to look up orders. And I was told there’d be a 10 minute wait for my order, when 10 minutes went by I went back to the counter and was told it would now be a full 30 minute wait! I requested a refund and was denied a receipt showing the refund, the girl said they don’t give refund receipts? I refused to leave without one and wouldn’t you know it there was a way to print one. I will never spend a dime of my money at this location again! It’s just disgusting the attitudes of the employees there.

The Pizza was to soggy didn’t even feel fully cooked. Horrible service and I haven’t had Rocky’s in so long smh.I’m disappointed.had to come home and recooked my pizza in the oven that’s how soggy it was.
