The spring rolls are fantastic. We have gone weekly for the past month and a half because we are obsessed with this guilt free fast food option. I keep seeing people complain about the speed of service. Please be prepared to spend a bit more time than you would at something like Subway. These employees are creating your food with care and taking the time to do so.

I’ve been meaning to try this place since it opened roughly a year ago. To be honest, this place did not disappoint. I’m glad Milwaukee has another venue that offers fresh, convenient, and healthy offerings. When I first walked in it was “Chipotle” style. Picking your own ingredients to make your own wrap. The employees were incredibly insightful on what’s popular and what combinations worked best. I can’t wait to come back here again and support a local business!

So delicious love how fresh it all tastes and the build your own bowl. Only issue was I barely got any chicken not sure if that’s the standard or if it was just bad luck but the entire bowl was rice with like 8 shreds of chicken lol. I’d still try again cuz I loved the flavors and toppings!

Yesterday, we tried Rollup in Bayview! We had the spring rolls with beef and a noodle bowl with shrimp. 🥩🍤 We also sampled a lemonade with strawberry sauce and strawberry popping spheres. 🍋🍓 They also gave us a free mochinut to split while we were waiting for our food! We chose the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor! The vegetables on everything were crisp and fresh! 🥒🥕🫑🧅 I really liked their “everything” seasoning and would def recommend getting that! The best part was the sauces! The peanut sauce was very flavorful without being too peanut heavy. 🥜 And the chipotle mayo was also very flavorful without the spice being too overpowering. The drink was very sweet and tangy and refreshing. I think we both preferred the shrimp as a protein. It was juicy and plump. Loved the free mochinut too! Had that great light but chewy mochinut texture and the cinnamon went great with the chocolate icing. I could see this being a viable takeout option if you are looking for something fresher than the usual offerings.

I went once when they opened, it was overpriced and took a long time to be made. Tonight I tried it again, ordered online then went to pick up. They hadn’t even started the order when I came in and took walk ins ahead of my ticket that was on the counter. Order was made wrong, (made a noodle bowl instead of a salad) I told the worker it was fine but can she add some salad to the bowl instead of remake it. I get home, there’s no chicken on the bowl, and no sauce out of the two I chose. I’ve never had an order messed up so bad. The meat is included in the price of the bowl so it wasn’t necessarily money lost but what I have is now half of a meal compared to what it should have been. I also ordered a tea refresher and when I got home noticed a piece of aluminum foil possibly from the seal on one of the drink ingredients in my drink. I want to love this place so bad but it’s the worst service!!
An excellent choice if you want some tasty food that is not what you ordered or when they said it would be ready.
They are consistent in their inconsistency to a point that it’s a joke.

Each one was made fresh, packed with generous portions of perfectly seasoned meat, and balanced with crisp, vibrant vegetables that added the perfect crunch. And then came the drinks. The lemonade Mango boba was hands down the best I’ve ever had—refreshing, flavorful, and a must-try for anyone who visits. I decided to stay for dinner, and every bite reaffirmed that decision.
