Had the quesabirra tacos and the birria ramen it was phenomenal!! I'll definitely be back to try more off the menu.

The tacos were phenomenal & presentation met all expectations. The food was flavorful, authentic & being our first experience with birria it made us definitely want more. That said the tacos are pretty small. When looking at reviews I saw a different price & maybe there are better deals but one wasn't recommended to us. A 3 pack with sauce was $13. We probably won't go there again just because I can't justify the price with quantity but the quality is there.

We booked Romano’s Taco Truck to come and serve food at our reception. Jesse and his crew were absolutely phenomenal to work with and we had so many guests raving about the tacos and service! Not was the communication back and forth was effective and clear, but the day of service was impeccable. We cannot recommend them enough; great food and an excellent crew. Thanks again Jesse!!

I had called to book Romero's Taco Truck back in June, giving the person who took our booking all of our information about the event (a soccer tournament). They confirmed the booking and we were all set-or so I thought. I phoned a few weeks prior to that event trying to get in touch to see if they had a generator or needed electricity with no answer. I continued to call and on Friday (the day before the event) I was told at 4:25pm that the taco truck had double booked and despite confirming they knew our booking was done months ago, they had agreed to a three day event and would no longer be able to make our event; leaving us with only a brat fry to serve several hundred people. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I felt as I spent all Friday evening and Saturday trying to replace a vendor last minute.

I've been to the actual restaurant on 76th and I also recently tried the truck. I do recommend their margaritas at their restaurant on 76th and I'm a fan of there quesabirria tacos so much that I also decided to try their quesadilla Pizza on their food truck in my own opinion it was definitely a 9 out of 10. I would definitely go back and buy it again. I would recommend try ordering the pizza with company because it's a healthy portion but all worth it

We recently hired Romero’s taco truck for my son’s graduation party. They were professional and organized & their prices were very reasonable. They served the food efficiently; there was never a long delay nor did they run out of food. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was! They helped to make the party such a fun event!

I went to my local cafe today to get a drink and this taco truck was parked outside, I had just got done from the climbing gym so I was pretty hungry and decided to give the tacos a try. The cashier was really nice and asked what toppings I wanted, along with if I wanted a side. I got 3 asada tacos with a side of rice for just over $12. My only complaint about this was that I had to wait more than usual for the tacos. I didn’t really care though, as it’s Friday and it’s gonna be busy. Moving on to the food, It was nice and hot when I got it and it, and honestly it was probably the best asada I’ve had in quite a while. The steak was tender and juicy and the onion and cilantro was fresh. Definitely recommend this food truck to anyone who comes across it

Jesse was very nice, very personable. I got the #3 I believe the Bria tacos. Very good. The hot sauce is hot but has great flavor!! Horchata was ok. You know the food is good when I found a hair in my food and pulled another out of my tooth and I wasn’t even mad.

I had the opportunity to try their food truck at the zoo today!! It was absolutely AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS 🤤. The spices, the flavors, and the menu options were so good. We had the ground beef tacos, Mexican street corn, chicken quesadilla, and Mexican rice. The red hot sauce was beyond spicy and the taste was delicious! Will definitely be recommending this food truck to my family and friends and I’ll also be back!!
