I’ve been wanting to try this place FOREVER. And let’s be honest — I’m perimenopausal and time is not exactly slowing down for me. So for our anniversary, I took no chances. Reservations open 30 days in advance, and you better believe I was poised like an Olympic athlete at 4:00 pm sharp when they dropped. The only slot left? 5:00 pm. The early bird special. Listen — we will dine at 4:37 pm if that’s what it takes. Book it.

First of all, the vibe? Chef’s kiss. Mellow, classy, a little dark, lounge-y in that “you feel cooler just sitting there” kind of way. The velvety, cushy seating made me want to cancel all my plans and just live there indefinitely.

And then… Carli enters the chat.

Mad. Props. To. Carli.

She greeted us like we were VIPs, guided us like a culinary fairy godmother, and made recommendations with the confidence of someone who knows she’s about to change your life. We trusted her immediately — as one does when greatness appears tableside.

We kicked things off with shared apps: Waygu as Rockfire (buttery, melt-in-your-soul magic), Royal Flower Dumplings, Kinnickinnic Crisp Shell, and the Nobu Spicy Salmon Crispy — which Carli brilliantly suggested we sub with tuna. A visionary. An icon. A leader.

Each dish somehow outdid the last. That Waygu? I will be dreaming about it for months. It was so indulgent it should require a warning label. I’m fairly certain food p0rN was invented for that exact bite.

Then came the noodle debate: Pad Thai vs. Drunken Noodles. Carli said she prefers the drunken noodles, and at this point she had not steered us wrong once — so obviously we followed her lead.

Now let me just say, I once took a cooking class in Thailand and made drunken noodles myself. I’ve tasted the real deal. And this version? Hands down the best I’ve had in the U.S. No question. We added shrimp, and they were light, juicy, perfectly cooked — not a single rubbery overachiever in the bunch. Absolute perfection.

We wrapped it up with a hazelnut tiramisu situation. I don’t remember the exact name because we inhaled it in approximately 18 seconds. It never stood a chance.

Long story short: completely, wildly worth it. My boyfriend and I live in Madison and we both agreed we will absolutely be making the drive down just to eat here again.

We came for our anniversary.
We left planning our next visit.

And Carli? She deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly her own holiday.

The place is gorgeous and the food was delicious! We had the short rib, panang curry, Kobe sliders, crab rangoon and the ocean fried rice. Everything was flavorful and the spice level was just perfect for everything. Our waitress was attentive and wonderful!! Will come back :)

Best of the best. The food was so amazing here. Also the vibe and the service is also one of the kind. Definitely the best Thai fusion restaurant in Milwaukee area.

I made my reservations 2 weeks in advance and requested a specific table for my guests and I. When I arrived , I noticed the host had just sat my “reserved “ table even though there were many open tables available. The host greeted me and I responded “ I see you have given my table away.” She said there were others available. This response did not make me happy. It was clear the table was just Sat and I did not feel welcomed at all. I did ask my waiter Joey what does a person have to do here to reserve a table? He gave me an excuse and I watched as he went up to the host desk to talk to the host. They tried to go out if my sight but it was clear they were talking about me. This was not only unprofessional on both parts but it was enough for me to never go there again. I have been in the food industry for 48 years and this is the kind of behavior you NEVER want in your restaurant. I have enjoyed Room Service many times but will not be going back.

Well worth the hype. Great for a social occasion - the dishes are more affordable than I thought it would be, you could have a nice meal for $30 each if you wanted. Delicious crab curry

Sunday night service was fantastic. I’ve worked in the industry for 15 years and I’ve got to say.. Phenomenal. I was genuinely blown away with everything. I expected to the food to be good and it very much exceeded those expectations. Though, what really caught me off guard was the service.

Service as a whole was absolutely impeccable. Adalia’s table presence was flawless. We never felt rushed to order or in the dark and forgotten. She was incredibly informative and our table was always taken care of promptly. How she’d show up table side the exact moment we needed something or how we didn’t even have questions because she’d already answered them. It’s like she had telepathy! Also the runners and bussers that night were stellar! I’ve never seen table turnovers so fast. Glasses always full, plates taken exactly when cleared. Every detail executed with precision and intention.

Major kudos to the Chef and FOH Management for keeping the process alive. Things have been looking bleak for the past several years for the industry’s standards as a whole. I won’t forget this experience. Service is Service. At the heart of it is the staff. Excellent work. To all of you.

As far as the food goes.. don’t ever trust someone else’s palate. Especially the arm chair keyboard critics. Go try it for yourself… but also.. flower dumplings. 15 years cooking professionally and damn.. absolutely exceptional.

Again, thank you Adalia and to the rest of the staff for the best dining experience I’ve had in ages.

11/10

Everything was wonderful! We were entertaining friends from out of town and this was the place to do it! All aspects of service was extraordinary but Adalia really made our night special! This is the place we will be revisiting for all our special occasions!

2-person tables are on the smaller side, but the service helps clear plates quickly after the last piece of food is taken. But with having many great appetizer options, it would be helpful to have larger tables for 2-people. Service though is great, though I am not sure that an older generation would appreciate having to look at the menu off of a phone, where you scan the QR code at the table (there may be options for paper menus if you need, just would have to ask). Food is amazing. The waygu is like butter (the rock experience is great or even the entree), the crab rangoon are up there, the pork belly bao buns, the ROYAL PURPLE DUMPLINGS are incredible and having to share 4 does kind of stink, but maybe you order two orders! The sushi is delicious and everything is beautifully plated. I am thinking of my leftovers as we speak and knowing that the pork curry is going to be just as delicious the next day!

Small space, but wonderful atmosphere. We ordered several plates to share instead of getting main entrees. We started off with the Royal Flower Dumplings. 10/10 for both presentation and taste. Best dumplings I’ve ever had. The cilantro and peanut sauce inside were on point. The Pink Lady sushi roll was absolutely delicious. Again, the amazing presentation was surpassed by how delicious it was. One of my favorite plates was the Juicy Kobe Sliders. They aren’t kidding, the sliders are juicy. I’m not at all surprised our waiter recommended this dish, it was fantastic. Speaking of staff, they were friendly and very attentive. Dirty dishes don’t last long at all, and they check on your regularly.
