The bagel was not worth the 20 minute wait. If you are going to make a bagel to taste like that then the wait time needs to be less than five minutes. Other than that the customer service and the atmosphere was nice! Taste like something I could have made at home.
The cream cheese was very good quality along with the salmon in the lox bagel. I don’t know if it was because we went later in the day, but the bagels were very, very chewy and hard to bite into. Also pretty pricey for what you pay for.
Customer #12 this morning at the north avenue opening! My BEC on Rosemary and Salt was absolutely amazing! Looking forward to spending lots of mornings getting an excellent bagel fix :)
New location open on North Ave, check it out!
I’ve been to Ruby’s Bagels several times, and the quality of both the food and service never disappoints! I’ve tried several items from their menu, and everything has been wonderful—it always hits the spot.
I definitely recommend stopping by Ruby’s Bagels!
Fireeee 🔥
Delicious!
I completely forgot to review Ruby's and I feel like an a-hole! We got 3 dozen bagels ordered in advance for our yearly bagel brunch Thanksgiving morning. It was our first year ordering Ruby's and we plan on Ruby's from now on. Easy to order and amazingly easy to pick up...plus the selection was perfect. Ruby's is awesome!
Very good! The rosemary bagel has converted me, it’s my new favorite type of bagel (I never thought everything bagels could be dethroned)! The lox and cream cheese on it was delicious too. The everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese was good as well. But if you order ahead, don’t pay attention to the time it says it’ll be ready- mine was ready 15 min early which is great for being efficient but the toasted bagels were well past cold when I picked them up at the scheduled time.
So grateful to find a spot with vegan options! Really great gem to find, with great service and food!

The closest bagels I’ve found to NYC bagels! They’re ooey gooey and crunchy all at the same time. Never a miss. Only note is I’d skip the coffee, not my fave and usually a little bitter.

Might be the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Fresh fried eggs, crispy-meaty bacon and melted cheese on a fresh. Everything bagel. Couldn’t ask for anything more on a weekend morning. Food truck park setting is a great vibe as well.

This place is a must if you’re in the area! The bagels are made daily and you can tell! Any of their bagels are divine but their breakfast sandwich bagels are incredible. Oh and don’t forget the jalapeno cream cheese! Wow! I anxiously await their new storefront location in Wauwatosa to open since it will be much closer for me!

Ruby’s Bagels are hands down the BEST bagels in the city! I absolutely love that they are made fresh daily so there is no need to toast them, as toasting takes away from the fresh, chewy goodness ☺️ Not only are the bagels, bagel sandwiches and coffee top notch but the staff is always friendly! Ruby’s is a must if you’re a bagel connoisseur!
