We enjoyed our lunch there. It's an adorable place with a basic but interesting menu and a great theme. The service was a bit slow and a bit off but otherwise it was fine.

Reservation was definitely not necessary, but we had kids and wanted to make sure it was quick and easy. It's a fun experience, especially the first time around. Despite being aptly named, the menu choices are nothing to brag about. It's the atmosphere that you're looking for (if you can get in).

We had a great experience, our agent seemed extremely busy but she did a great job and she was super sweet!! It was a great experience being in such an interactive dining experience. Will definitely be back... by the way, the food and drinks were incredible

The theme is really cool and the ambience, but that's about it. $19 for a sub par pulled pork sandwich with French fries that you could probably compare to McDonald's fries and you wouldn't know the difference. Same for the burger we ordered which was slightly bigger than a slider. The server was rude and very short with us when we here trying to order, even cutting us off as we were trying to order our food and ask questions and there's a $3 fee on the bill because from what the server said they are considered a “museum” which is really small print on the bottom of the menu. Never again and I would never recommend it to anyone. Get better quality door for the prices you're charging and better service. The girl at the door was really nice and fun though when doing the task because we didn't know the password to get in.

This was my first time back to safe house in several years. I went with a group of six. Overall our experience was extremely disappointing. The food being the primary reason. They used to have a much more eclectic menu. Now the food is limited to sandwiches and burgers that lack taste and appearance. It was not crowded at 5pm on Saturday. Our waiter was soft spoken and told us he was new. He was not attentive and forgot to check on us. We had no drinks during our meal because it took so long for him to bring us our drink order. The cost was not worth the poor meal we were served. Poor service, poor food quality and lackluster experience. We had very poor service and the waiter put a 20% gratuity onto our check because we were a party of six. That service was nowhere near worth 20%, on top of the three dollars that they charge just as a restaurant fee for being a landmark. Disappointing! We We decided collectively we will not ever go back again.

The service was good, attentive and didn't have to wait, however the only thing that knocked it down was having to ask for a knife and fork as they did forget. The food was really not very good at all and expensive for what we received. Won't return any time soon unfortunately.

No spy service was provided. Door with password was not working. Kids were disappointed at the very lacking experience.

This was my first time there, my overall first impression was how unique. We were seated at a tiny tiny table right next to a group of other tables so close it was hard to have a conversation. Service was very slow, not sure if it was our server or if she was just very busy, since our table was sort of in a hallway away. Food took a long time even after we were told our appetizer would be out very quickly, it was a good 15 minutes before it came, getting our drinks was also a 15 minute wait. Food when it finally came was delivered by a young man with very wild hair that should of been pulled back, or he should of had a hair net on or something, it kind of grossed us out. After dinner we walked around a bit to check it out, this place is very large with little rooms all over the place. My overall review is this could be a fun place. Food is adequate, although a little pricey, service was slow but maybe there was a reason not sure though, not sure I would ever go back.

Service is subpar. Saw the waiter twice! Once when ordering, the second time to pay my bill. Our drinks took over 40 minutes to get and it wasn't even busy. The food is mediocre, alot of the displays are showing their age and look dirty. The mens bathroom also looked like it wasn't clean in an over a week. Prices are high! $14 for a Chicago style hot dog?! It's your basic bar food, but much more bland.

Food was decent. We didn't leave hungry. Atmosphere and staff were wonderful. My daughter and I didn't get a chance to do the seek.and find but we watched others doing it and they seemed to be having a great time. Definitely worth a visit.

For a step into a clandestine affair this is the place to be.
Novel is an understatement.
Real world memorabilia and fun interaction gives this place charm and nostalgia. Secret password entrance so be ready for the unexpected

Food was good, the service was top notch. Lives the atmosphere. Make sure you do the scavenger hunt and take the secret exit.

First you need to know the password to enter. If you don't, you will have to try to figure it out. Once inside, you will be treated like a spy. Don't sit at your table long. Get up and explore the restaurant. There are 10 clues to try to find things. And ladies, go into the bathroom.
