This place deserves to be much better known. They have the best bahn mi by far in the greater Milwaukee area. The balance of flavors/ingredients is spot on, the baguette perfectly toasted. The pho is great too, and the portions are ample. Plenty of veg options. More of a take out place, but there is seating available for dine in.

Best Banh Mi in Milwaukee. I devoured the pork sandwich so fast. Delicious and good prices. Definitely a must try!

I've been waiting months for this restaurant. There are no Pho places on the east side. Everything in here is so yummy. Best pho broth I've had in a while. The Cajun fried rice became one of my favorites.

I had been walking past Saigon Baguette for quite a while waiting for it to open and it did not disappoint! Just visited for the first time and came away feeling lucky to live near it. So many good things on the menu (Bahn Mi was perfect) and a super-friendly owner and staff, I can't wait to go back. I'm actually concerned I won't be able to walk past it without going in!

I usually don't write reviews, but if your looking for top tier banh mi, this is the place to go. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, seasoning and flavor was on point. The bread they use is incredible soft, crisp, and flakey. I can say this place has the best banh mi you will ever eat.

I am so glad this restaurant opened up here. The food is always delicious, and the service is both fast and high quality, with a friendly owner and employees. They make the bread for their Banh mi fresh every day, and it shows! The sandwiches are so good that we went back multiple times in a week. The special pho also is flavorful, and generous with the amount of meat and additions. The spring rolls and egg rolls (not pictured) are also very good, with a good amount of filling. This is a new favorite spot for pho and Banh mi!

I’ve lived in the East Side for over 6 years and since moving here, I’ve prayed for at least a decent Pho spot near us to change things up from all the bar food.
This place is BEYOND decent, it’s PHO-KING delicious! If I’m not here at least once a week it’s because I’m traveling.
The fried rice is incredible, the banh-mis are filling, but to me the absolute star of the show is the P1 or P2 pho options!
Low-key atmosphere, doesn’t call for much attention but it doesn’t need it because the food is to die for!
The takeout pho is just as good as in house which is difficult to do but the way they pack their meals is genius!
Come support this new spot so that it stays here permanently!

Their special combo bánh mì is perfectly authentic, thin, crispy crust with a generous amount of fillings, including housemade butter, pâté, pickled veggies, and fresh herbs, just like in Vietnam. Their Vietnamese coffee tastes rich and original, not overly sweet. Prices are very reasonable, and the service is quick and friendly. The place is clean, and you can see the staff making the sandwiches right next to the cashier — everything looks fresh and hygienic. Definitely coming back!

I work nearby so I had to check out this place during lunch. The bah mi was delicious - 10/10. Very affordable price as well - $7.95! Can’t beat that. The spring rolls were good - 8/10. I enjoyed it. Very fresh and light. The peanut sauce to pair with the spring rolls though, was 11/10. I like how they give you a good amount and not small like other restaurants. Also had the bobba tea, which was solid - 7/10. The bobba pearls were soft and chewy, so that’s a plus. I know some restaurants can still be kind of frozen or tough, but not these.

The restaurant itself was very clean and smelled good. Love the big tv with music in the background. I’m one who dislike going to a restaurant where it’s just dead silence and in return can setup an awkward dining experience, so having background music definitely sets up a nice vibe.

Overall, will have to go back and try other dishes. Hoping this place will stay for a while as there’s not much or any Vietnamese option on the east side of MKE. I know other restaurants have tried their pitch in this location, but I’m really hopeful for this one. Keep up the great food!
