Interesting place, but the service was severely lacking. I’m pretty sure our server had some type of cognitive impairment (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing if you can still do your job) He mostly ignored us, and then got two of the four orders wrong. I asked him for sample of beer, and he brought me a full pint of a completely different beer. I just drank it, so as to not upset my wife. The appetizer plate was good, but my fried chicken sandwich was not. The chicken breast was very dark (burnt) and dry and tough. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for us.

I have been living near Brady Street for 12 years and have been waiting for a good burger joint. This isn't just a good burger, it's honestly one of the best burgers I've had! I feel like people must not know about their awesome burgers or they'd be way busier all the time. I want Saint Bibiana to stick around so be sure to give them a try! Our bartender was awesome, with great drinks and music! Really love what they've done with the place.

Bartenders are some of the rudest people on this side of the Mississippi. They’ll give you watered down beer and call you crazy. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
