Supposed last delivery of day. Lack of mozzarella cheese, they put American cheese slices on pizza(of course they were black from heat & icky tasting) Bacon missed on meat pizza.( & minimal cheese) should have let us know if they were running out of mozzarella! All in all a grand dissapointment.

Honestly there are much better pizza places on the east side qho won't treat you like your an inconvenience ruining their day. God forbid you come in over half an hour before close because they won't tell you before you order but if they feel too lazy to close at 10 they'll tell you they closed down their lobby. To get us out (again more than a half hour before close) the rudest employee, Who based on the way he spoke, seems to be the manager, rushed our pizza out the oven and us out the door. Nowhere is it advertised, nor were we made informed of this apparent 30 plus minute early closure rule until conveniently they already got our money, but this manager made us feel like we were Karen's for being upset that we couldn't sit to eat our dinner. We've gone here so many times since it's in our neighborhood- but we're gonna take our business to a place who acts like they enjoy customer service.

1. They overestimated the time it would take for our pizza to be done, so the pizza wasn’t hot when we got it.

2. The person working at the front seemed a bit out of it and despite saying “order for Katie” and seeing an “order for Katie” they thought our order was for DoorDash and not pick up. Even though it was for pick up and said pick up on the ticket.

3. They didn’t ask us if we wanted garlic knots or add garlic knots, so we didn’t get any garlic knots.

4. Lukewarm pizza with poor service.

Don't like all the graffiti inside just my personal preference, I had my nine yr old son with me , on the other hand it's a place for UWM college kids to go so I suppose it works

Sals Pizza in Milwaukee is awesome! I got a pepperoni pizza and I also got a mozzarella pizza. I also got a cheese pizza and sausage pizza and all of those pizzas were awesome. This is an authentic New York Slice, New York style pizza. I suggest that anybody who is touring in Milwaukee go to Sals Pizza Before you go to any other pizza spot.

Customer service was amazing. Everybody that worked here was happy and it seems to me as though they themselves were pizza enthusiast, and we got to see the Milwaukee airshow while we’re vacationing out here.

Top-tier so I suggest you guys try different slices. My favorite is always pepperoni. They don’t overdo it with cheese. They don’t overdo it with the pepperoni and the sauce is perfect. They don’t overdo it with the sauce as well.

I love the fact that it’s a small little spot and the graffiti over the place gives it it’s own uniqueness

Parking: Parking spot is small but the service is fast so you will be out in time for someone else to park.

At 10:16pm the manager called after I just gave a courtesy call to the employees letting them know. Hey my food was burnt. The issue was simply I purchased a slice of pizza with the calzone. They forgot the slice and kept the calzone on the “warmer” well the warmer burned my food. Justin the general manager was so rude and racist. “you people always have an attitude”! I didn’t ask for anything the employee insisted I call back, and at 10:16pm I was called verbally abused, antagonized, while also gaslighted “You don’t know if you seen me or not. I seen you”! Mistakes happen and nothing is on the employees. The manager caused this problem and consequences need to be issued general manager or not. Rude distasteful and discrimination. “YOU PEOPLE”….

Justin the “General Manager” called my sister back after she spoke to the employee who made her food. He was very rude and disrespectful. He immediately stated “What you got an attitude for?” Then proceeded to say I didn’t make the food and you should make your way back. Impossible to make it back there from the Falls. It was a group of us listening very racist and he needs to be held accountable for his tone, and the things he says. Non Profit Organization or not.

Sal’s is a great pizza place if you’re looking for a filling meal. It’s tasty. Sal’s received 4 stars because, although I understand it’s part of the aesthetic, it’s a little grimy. Could use a cleanup, an air conditioner, and less bulky packaging.
