Saz's catered our Total Solar Eclipse Viewing Party yesterday. The staff of Angel, Natalie and Alex were amazing. It was a VERY windy day and they managed things top notch. They all went above and beyond their responsibilities to make the event a success!

Saz’s catered our 3.2.24 wedding, and we were so impressed with the catering staff the day of our wedding! They went above and beyond, and we had buffet-style food. I was even assigned my own personal staff member to help me get my plate of food so that my white dress stayed clean. They also helped the children get food! The food was so delicious and the genuine care in the staff was amazing!

I just want to start this off by saying that I literally think about Saz’s Mac and cheese every day... haha. What's not to love about Saz’s! I loved the tasting because they put the cutest little details into our welcome sign and our personalized menu! I wasn't expecting that, but it truly made the experience even better! I love that there are so many options and you can really make your wedding dinner however you want it to be! I just want to say how lovely it was working with Michelle. She was so quick to answer emails, and she was so helpful when we were picking out linens and honestly the details for the table! I really loved getting our linens through Saz’s - they were so beautiful and just added to the space even more! The staff was incredible at our wedding, and some of our guests even commented on that as well! I really loved when we sat down for dinner and had an appetizer plate waiting for us! The food was amazing - it was identical to our tasting, if not better ! It was 110% worth the investment!

Michelle was extremely responsive and helpful and provided excellent recommendations. I work for a non-profit, Camp Odayin, and contracting with Saz's Catering is so easy - they are quick to respond on email and listen to our specific needs (dietary, budget, etc.). On the day of the event, staff are on time, super nice, and they make everything look wonderful. All I hear is positive comments about how the food tastes. Highly recommend having them at your event!

The Saz’s team was so easy to work with, accommodating, kind, and the execution seemed flawless from our end. The sales team made planning the catering the easiest part of planning our entire wedding. The staff the day of was wonderful. There was a woman who we felt went above and beyond - she stood in front of my mom’s charcuterie table to make sure the photographer got a photo of it before it was demolished, as well as our cupcake display. She brought us a mini listerine bottle when she noticed guests kept klinking their glasses for us to kiss while we ate. She prepared an extra plate for us to put on the side for later since we were so busy, once they were ready to clean up. She also (I’m pretty sure at my husband’s request) showed him the pig’s head on the platter, which he loved! The staff was also super kind with my 2-year old niece who tried to outrun her dad, and thought she could reach up onto the table to grab snacks for herself… the staff would help her get what she wanted. The guests raved about the food; it was just as delicious as we hoped it would be, and how we remembered from the trial. We HIGHLY recommend Saz’s for your next catered event!

All of our guests raved about the artichoke beignets and Wisconsin lollipops during cocktail hour. All of our entrees were phenomenal and a great size too. We were definitely full after dinner. I would choose saz's over and over again for our wedding.

Saz’s offered a tasting event, which we would certainly recommend because it guided our meal choices for the actual wedding dinner. They offer buffet, family style and plated dinner options and we selected the plated dinner. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. We appreciate their experience because they set up and prepared everything flawlessly and on schedule without asking a single question. They managed small details perfectly and even saved a nice appetizer plate for my wife and me to share once we were finally able to sit down! Just had my daughters wedding using Saz’s Catering, when we went to the tasting the food was good. At the wedding we did not get the same food that we had/ordered at the tasting and it was cold. They were also kind of Rude when we asked about it. The food took forever to come out, which threw off the entire night. They wanted their money onetime, but couldn’t deliver what they promised. I would NOT use them again or recommend them.
