I did not have a good experience. I’m just say this no one seem prepared customer service was not friendly. It was all a few people there. It’s a nice establishment. The music was good, but the workers need to tighten up.

I didn’t know this lounge sold food until the day I actually went. We went on a Thursday afternoon and was seated right away. We were able to sit wherever we wanted to which was great. The young lady helped us right away. Our food came out fast and hot. We had the Scene 1 burger and the catfish. They have the BEST seasoned fries I’ve ever had. This is a very chill place with a really nice vibe!

So I ordered two tequila sunrises after receiving my drinks and tasting them they tasted just like orange juice so I let the waitress know that this is just orange juice so we requested two more double shots of tequila so I felt I paid $28 for two cups of juice and another $28 for a to do double shots of 1800 I don't know if the young lady who was making a drink thought we were stupid or something but this is what we drink everywhere we go and that had no liquor in it and to be charged $28 for is beyond me other than that atmosphere was great people respected their security at the door I definitely will be back but never ordering a mixed drink again

Every time I have tried to patronize this place, the service is horrible and the owner is rude asf! Also, they falsely advertise Happy Hour all The time, it’s always something is wrong with this or we decided not to do that. Case in point! Mixers were advertised on the HH, but I was told we don’t have any mix drinks Hmmmmmm I see liquor/juice, and I’m a bartender sooooo confused. This establishment is too expensive to encounter any kind of unsavory behaviors and lies!

Fish was great..grits were cold no seasoning. Steak was over cooked asked for medium got well done but it was seasoned good.Need a little more organization amongst the waitresses loved the atmosphere

I went to visit Scene 1 for Sunday Brunch with my best friend. Upon arrival, we noticed it was very busy (around 1:15 pm) and we waited for the staff to sit us. The hostess sat us in less than five minutes.The music is really loud like you're in a club so don't plan to attend if you're looking to have an intimate date. We didn't have a problem with that because we were going for a day party experience and to try the food.As we're talking and enjoying the vibes, waiters walk past but no one stops at our table. 20, 30 minutes go by and no one will even make eye contact with me. We did not get a hello, a water, a napkin, nothing! At this point, I should have got up and said something but my friend was telling me a story and I didn't want to be rude. She didn't even realize because she was so deep into her story.Finally, at about 45 minutes, a waitress stops at our table and asks if we have been helped yet, I told her no and she said she will be back. I never saw her again.After an hour, I finally got the hostess's attention and asked who was our server. She was in shock that no one approached us and she said, "they're not supposed to do that. maybe it's because they have a hold on food right now." She guaranteed us that someone will stop by.After an hour and 15 minutes, a server who was waiting on other tables in our area approached us to take our order. This sever avoided eye contact with me the entire time we were here, but I didn't want to assume our table was his. I asked him about our situation and basically he told me they were short-staffed, management was expecting him to do extra work and he was not going to (and it was his day off anyway) and that management was supposed to help with tables on his side and didn't.At this point I'm irritated, parched and was over the excuses, but happy that we were finally getting somewhere so we stayed (my friend really wanted to try the catfish). I asked if we would get compensated for our inconvenience and they offered a discount on the meal but never said at what amount. I ordered water and a glass of champagne to start.We received our water, after being there for an hour and a half, and patiently waited for the server to come back with my champagne so we could finally order food. One of the managers noticed we still only had water, I told him I was waiting on my drink and he said he was on it. More minutes went by, and I noticed there was a table that sat down after we placed our drink order who received their drinks before we did. That was the last straw and I politely got up and left.Never again will I visit this place. It's a shame that we have to go out of town to have good brunch experiences at black-owned restaurants. As you can see, I am really patient and am understanding but this was just crazy; gave them a chance when we should have left after the first 20 minutes but gave them almost 2 HOURS and they still did not care enough to wait on us.I hope the owners see this review and put practices in place to ensure another customer is never treated like this again. A customer should never feel invisible while they are taking up a table in your restaurant.

It was my 50th Birthday Brunch ...I put in a special request for a certain waitress a week prior to my brunch....The day of the Brunch I was told by the Manager she would be our waitress. She kept telling me my party was taking up the space & seating in the restaurant in the reservation wasn't until 1 for my guests.....I had my guests meet me by 12 so we could have drinks at the bar if some guests wanted to show their face to support me eat & leave.....The Manager kept harassing my guests to the point 15 of them didn't stay because she did too much moving them seat to seat every 5 minutes..I asked the manager if they had seating for my disabled cousin because she couldn't stand until 1pm..I was told they don't have to accommodate disabled people.. She took orders some guests never hot their food. Someone brought me a Bottle Don Julio I never got it...They had my guest eating food out their laps. It's not Sanitary whole experience was a MESS....I would never ever step foot back in there....Customer Service was poor by the Manager....My guests weren't happy because the Manager kept Harassing them. I had 30 or more guests 1 waitress which was the Manager. The young I requested wasn't good enough to serve us but at the end they had her clean our area. It's my Birthday I made it what it was dealt with . But the owner will be hearing from me that I had to catch the backlash & it's embarrassing

The reason for the one star is the environment it’s not welcoming to all ages I came in with my Mom and grandma expecting a chill laid back Experience music was extremely loud and it was like a club on a Sunday morning also had my 11 year old son and he hated it we didn’t even get to experience the food or drinks FYI to the business owner everyone isn’t young and turnt some people just like to chill eat and talk amongst each other this is made for the young crowd , not diverse at all! I came here before in loved the old experience as to why I was bringing my family for brunch..Please do better I loved it when you guys first opened..
