My friends and I used to come here weekly and have easily spent over a thousand dollars at this restaurant over time. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped dramatically. On my most recent visit, I was served jalapeño poppers that were burnt, with the breading falling off—completely inedible. They've also changed the recipe for the chicken, and it's just not the same anymore. The chicken was disgustingly coated in a thick slime. The breading fell off easily. They often are out of stock off key ingredients and offer horrible substitutions instead of refunds. What used to be a go-to spot for us has turned into a disappointment. The service has gone downhill too—slow, inattentive, and unwelcoming. After months of loyalty, they've officially lost us as customers.

If I could give this a 0 star I would it was so ass I like packed up paid and left and the food in the trash the wings was soggy and mid the jerk WAS NOT jerk I got the sampler I got two lemon pepper and the jerk was ass and the hot was soggy and gross we got no drink even though it’s supposed to come with the meal the hot Cheeto cheese fries was okay but the hot Cheetos was stale it was our first time eating here and I WILL NEVER go back we also did dine in but got our food in to go boxes

Ordered a buy one get one free carribean jerk wings (which at $12 for six wings and $8 for large frie is pricy to start). Absolute garbage , wings were dry af , clearly overcooked with a weak breading and instead of jerk sauce a spattering of some type of Cajun seasoning unevenly distributed on only a couple of the wings. Flavorless, had to bust out my own sauce to make these dry wings edible. Lemon pepper fries were OK, nothing special and certainly left me confused what I paid $8 for. Terrible. Worst wings I have ever ordered, shame on me for trying something new

This place used to be good about a year ago, but it seems like the quality has gone downhill. Last time I came here about 3mo ago I got a burger that had way too much pepper. An inedible amount of pepper. I called in and asked for a refund for this. I never got the refund
I wanted to give it another try and it feels like I got totally scammed. I won’t be coming back. It’s too bad, the place used to be good and convenient

I went here for the first time Thursday after landmark. 1. I love that this place is open until 3am!!! That’s perfect!!! It’s in the best spot for it too!!! I got the 4 PC w/ Sides OG tenders. I didn't get into them until maybe 40 minutes later. OMG! they were still warm!! i got the hot cheeto cheese fries and those were really awesome. I was full off just two tenders and some fries. this place left me wanting more. I have to come back when the gallery part is open. The art looked really cool. Oh and this place is really inexpensive! I’m so glad I’ve found this place. They gained a regular out of me.

Chicken tenders are huge! Many flavor choices and sauces too! French fries were, well French fries. I ordered garlic fries. I waited outside by the widow where you can just order and wait but also inside is a small local art gallery which is really cool! I hear the truffle Mac n cheese is kinda awesome!
Parking: No parking lot just street which some you have to pay depending on the time of day.

The mac was OK, but the chicken was terrible; the 414 sampler was just little, dried out pieces of cardboard, way overcooked in a dirty fryer. Not sure what everyone else had that was so good but it definitely wasn't this.
Food is always good , they have the best fries , and a great variety of dipping sauces , would definitely recommend
