Our family stopped in for drinks and apps. Our first visit and we were impressed. Excellent list of beers and a decent cocktail menu. We all had one or two that we really enjoyed. We had the fried cheese curds that were very good. Lots of merchandise and to go beers. Check it out.

Food was awful! We ordered the Mac n’ Cheese, it was tasteless and it seemed they cooked the pasta for too long. Also had the veggie wrap with falafel, but could not pick it up due to the amount of oil that was at the bottom of the wrap, the 4 cheese pizza also had a hair in it and the dough was soaked with oil. Not a good experience is to say the least.

Seated outdoors and greeted with menus…great! Server forgot about us (“not her table section”), apologized when we called her over, and offered us a first free round of beers. Nice touch and great save! Pulled Pork Sandwich had a unique curry-flavored taste and was huge. Bacon Brew Burger was also huge. Be ready for a unique spice under-flavor. Was different. Outdoor dining was relaxing and fun!

I try and visit here each time I come to Milwaukee. The House Lager is my beer. We had burgers and wraps and all was a bit slow but worth the wait. Service was excellent. The rooftop was packed and people wee just chiiling with brews and talk.

The food and beer were very good, although they were out of a lot of items. Disappointed that they pass off store bought chips as their own. The biggest issue is the service, they literally forgot about our table, forgot to put our food order in and tried passing it off as being short staffed!! This made us late for a concert missing most of the opening act!!! So never go here for any type of pregaming eats and drinks!!! Also once the food was delivered they tried to kick us out of our table because of approaching storms!!! Be a long while before we go back!!

We got sat right away which was great. It took us 30 minutes to receive cheese curds, 40 minutes and still no food. The waitress had to be flagged down for forks and no refills on the drinks. Terrible service.

Stopped by after the Mecca made us feel bad about not have a reservation. Good City was wonderful. Great beer, good apps and overwhelmingly friendly staff. Will definitely come back. Well done!!

Well, I guess I assume the Wauwatosa Good City is affiliated with the Milwaukee location. I may be wrong, if so, I apologize. This is a relatively new location taking over the building previously occupied by ABV. They are not ready for prime time. I understand being understaffed. It's an excuse we are now accustomed to. My suggestion would be to just open the bar then and wait to offer food. Do one thing right at the expense of doing everything poorly. We didn't get to the point of evaluating the food, the service was nonexistent. There were others in the place saying the same. Sad, we'll likely not go back.

Visited the Tosa location with friends and the beer was excellent. Tried six kinds (some in a flight) and all were great. The staff was also very friendly. Got the chips to snack on and they were great as well.
