Very nice place—spotlessly clean and incredibly welcoming. The ambience is so good: calm, relaxing, and thoughtfully put together. The music adds just the right touch without being overwhelming.

I tried the muffin and the cookie, and both were delicious. I also ordered the passion fruit mango green tea—very refreshing and well balanced. Really enjoyed it.

What truly made the experience stand out was Kyle, who was working at the counter. He is genuinely kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about what he does. He took the time to explain things and made the whole visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.

Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back.

Waited 45 minutes for boba. Had a group of people come 10 minutes after and get their order 10 minutes before. Bruh.

what a delicious offering of boba and tea and delicious beverages. really chill vibe. i loved the cozy couch seating by the TV. only thing off was the filthy restroom.

Literally just went in for the first time, staff was super helpful and the Thai Milk tea with coffee jelly is amazing! I haven't had Boba this good since I want to Paris. 10/10 I will definitely be back!

I’ve been here four times, and each time the employees have been apathetic. Considering the shop is usually empty, you’d expect the staff to be more friendly and welcoming—but instead, they look annoyed that you’re even there.

Today, one employee sat next to the counter on her phone the entire time. The person who made my drink clearly got the order wrong, and when I mentioned it, she told me I’d have to pay again for a remake.

There are plenty of other boba shops nearby, and I recommend going to one of those instead. To the owners: consider hiring employees who create a more positive and inviting atmosphere.

Very good drinks, fast to get you your drinks, calming place, affordable pricing.

The 20 yr old "Asian American" (oxymoron)(same as "African American") along with this blond gentile were both highly offended and repulsed by me just looking at them as they closed up. 😂. You could feel the strong duress, metaphysical tension within both of their temples(based upon spirtual discernment related to tangible/intangible processes related to the non verbal dialouge of 3). As a result eventually when both entered their vehicles parked behind me. One creeped up wells then turned down the alley(unatural female behavior at night). The Asian creeped down wells as well(no pun), assuming both may have hallucinated something about my disposition based on the strength of color alone. Went so far only to Uturn and creep down wells my direction. Again suffering strong delusion john doe may have sat there to follow them or Rob them whatever? But in a commercial vehicle with zero pretext between us? I don't socialize or interact with college kids less their a customer, 🙃. In that moment I thought is there justice for Hebrews in America? Rhetorical. I forgive them because at that age they don't have a clue about what they don't know.

But will never patron 1414 unless the owner moves out.😄. No hard feelings seriously just principle.

Extremely good boba! Highly recommend Passion fruit tea and Taro Milk tea with Brown sugar and Coconut jelly! The size is good and the price is great!
