I recently visited the Shake Shack in the Third Ward, Milwaukee, and had an absolutely fantastic experience, largely thanks to Cordarro! His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made my visit unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made sure my order was taken accurately and quickly.

Cordarro’s customer service is top-notch—he truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. He handled a busy rush with ease, keeping everything running smoothly while maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor. The food, of course, was delicious, but the service I received from Cordarro really elevated the entire experience.

If you’re stopping by Shake Shack in the Third Ward, I highly recommend looking out for Cordarro—he’s a star! Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Super helpful staff, went above and beyond to get some ice for my mother after she hurt her leg.

Every time I come into this location I am met with a apathetic cashier who takes her time taking my order. Customers should be greeted upon entering and if they aren't approaching the self serve pos and the cashier isn't busy, and they're ready to order, their order should be taken immediately. Sadly I will no longer patronize this business.

Staff not the friendliest. Meh. And it's pricey. But fresh and hot. Good malts. Classic crinkle cut fries always crispy. Iced tea is ok but unsweetened. Gotta add your own sugar or Splenda. Doesn't deserve 5/5 bc it's good not great. But I love this area overall.

Really impressed by the quality of the food, and service. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. And the drinks were great too!

I visited twice in 1 month, and I didn't get to order due to observing how the cooks used gloves to do things outside of preparing food and then use those same gloves to prepare food. Very disappointed.
