I'm rating 5 stars for potential! I walk by this cafe often when going to Bunzel's Market across the street. For more than a year, it always looks not operating yet even though the sign says open. My first suggestion is put a counter and chairs where the condiment table is blocking the window. It will look more inviting. The two times I went inside after seeing someone working there, a lot of things aren't available. There's a big espresso machine that looks never used. Will barista items ever be offered? The many picnic tables and laptop work zone also appear not used. Bunzel's is always swarming with people getting food and desserts but doesn't have anywhere to eat or serve fresh drinks...so working together there's no reason Shoshovi's cafe couldn't thrive. Just don't make the only things for sale be prepackaged stuff because people will just buy that at Bunzel's. So much potential for this cafe if they had real coffee, but I don't understand what the management is doing with it.
Great service, great gelato. Cute atmosphere. Highly recommend.

For all gelato lovers, Shoshovi's Cafe is the place to be.
Newly opened Cafe.Card payments only per the sign on the door. The person I spoke with said they open next week. They have the cafe front with a bunch of drink options, indoor seating to the corner and outdoor seating available that extends around the corner. They have milkshakes, fresh juice, Gelato and premium chocolates. They have plans to do salads and sandwiches in the the future. I look forward to trying their food further and updating the review. They have a valentine's deal going on - go support local business and get a rose while supplies lasts.
