Simma's created our dream 5-tier wedding cake! We had a wonderful time doing the tasting with Peggy and picked the genoise cake with fresh strawberries and white chocolate ganache. One of our guests who is with the Food Network commented specifically on how amazing our cake was. On top of the taste, it was BEAUTIFUL! We had alternating gold foil and white swiss dot tiers, and our florist was able to add fresh flowers to the top and bottom. We'll add a photo to this review when we have our professional photos back. The love that Peggy has for her cakes and her wedding couples is unmatched. Thank you Peggy and Simma's!

My daughter’s birthday was yesterday (7/8), and I completely forgot to order her cake in advance. I went to the bakery last minute, and as soon as I walked in, I was immediately helped. The sales associate was very friendly and informative, which made the experience stress-free. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loved her cake! It was incredibly moist and delicious. I’ll definitely be returning soon- thank you for saving the day!

This is the second I have an bad experience with them and this time to be over talk no accountability and etc was just disgusting. First to be called and told I didnt pay for my item when when indeed I did they just did do their part of looking at their recipes and then for my bday second to have my name spelled wrong and over talked was ugh I cant stand place. I NEVER be back.

Simmas has never failed me once. My family has been ordering from Simmas bakery for over 15 years and I’m glad the quality only improves and never fails to exceed. We recently had my sister’s quinceañera and ordered a 4 tier cake and sheet cake and it was so beautiful and delicious. Simmas has great customer service and helped me pick out the perfect cake for our toddler, who is in love with all underwater sea creatures! The cake was moist, flavorful and the frosting was not too sweet, which is what I definitely prefer! I am so grateful to Peggy, who helped me pick everything out!

The bakery is perfect. Each staff member is intelligent, personable, courteous and knowledgeable about the ingredients in each item which is an amazing feat. I needed to buy several items for various persons and each employee on successive visits knew the stock well and suggested perfectly the bakery to suit the needs.
