We went for an early weekday dinner. Everything was very good. I would like to try much more on their menu.
We finally had to cancel our order and leave after waiting a long time for Valentine's Day lunch. Server said the kitchen was backed up.
My girlfriend and I visited Sinabro for lunch on Valentine's Day yesterday. It was the first time for both of us. We both enjoyed the ambience and the decor when we first walked into the restaurant and we were greeted by a friendly server who sat us almost immediately. Then we met the friendly man who would be our actual server and he got our cocktail orders and appetizer order right away. The wait for the cocktails was not long to the point we noticed but it was long enough for me to question if they have a bartender on staff or if the servers are responsible for making their own drinks. Either way, once the drinks did come out, they were solid 8/10 for me and their cocktail menu is quite unique and semi-complex I would say. The appetizer wait also was not crazy, we likely only waited 20-30ish minutes after putting the order in which is very standard especially on Valentine's Day. The real issues started after we placed our order for the entrees. We ordered likely around 12:30 but that was the last time we saw the server all night except for when he delivered the food to the table an hour and 10 minutes later (it seemed like there may have only been 2 servers). We had finished the water they brought to the table long before then and were sort of just left there to hangout with no insight to the wait times. We certainly aren't complainers because we both work in restaurants as well, but not being informed on the wait status was pretty stressful especially because we had to get to work after that and weren't prepared to wait nearly 2 hours to eat. The food itself was pretty good when it did come out though. The portion sizes however do not reflect the pricing in my mind. Basically every entree is $24+ dollars and $2 more if you want an egg and the actual amount of food you receive is quite comparable to the small plate you would receive from like a drive through Panda Express. Overall, the server was nice, wait time is long, the portions are small, expensive food.
The food was delicious...the only negative was the ramen noodles were overcooked and a little mushy. But the broth in the beef ramen was the best I've ever had. We had to order a second round of the appetizer Sweet and Spicy dumplings as they were so good. Can't wait to come back
2nd time dining at Sinabro and had the good fortune of having Hannah as our server again! She does an amazing job on recommending items on the menu! She describes the menu items so well and helps with her personal favorites to guide us in ordering! The food was delicious and did not disappoint! Great cocktails and wine selection as well! We'd go back again which is a tell tale sign of our wonderful dining experience!
Everything we got to eat was so delish, drinks were also delish The only weird part was there either wasn't music playing or it was so quiet we couldn't hear it.
The food is always spot on and that cucumber kimchi - never leave without taking a quart home Everything fresh and delicious
Service was very slow but food was flavorful and delicious. Jap chae was delicious but wishing it had more veggies. I wish they had more gluten free options. Loved the cucumber kimchi salad! Will be going here again.
Second time dining here and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious, drinks were great and the service was amazing. I will definitely be back again in the near future.
Start to finish, a wonderful experience! Kennedy, our server, was a delightful host and representative of the restaurant. She aided us in our menu decisions, treated us to complimentary champagne for our anniversary, and made sure we were perfectly attended to all evening. The food was spectacular - we started with the sweet and spicy dumplings, then shared the spicy beef bulgogi and the spicy chicken teriyaki. Every bite was better than the last. Looking forward to the next visit!

I love going to Sinabro. The food is delicious every single time and I always enjoy their plum soju. They have great service as well.

Ubered tteokboki and when I opened it, there was barely any rice cakes in there. It looked as if someone gave me leftovers. I’m extremely disappointed for a place that has good reviews
I was pleasantly surprised by Sinabro! The food was very tasty and the cocktails were delightful. There was a bit of a wait for the food but we were happy to enjoy our appetizer (dumplings) and cocktails. The servers were hard at work and everyone was so friendly. We shared some bi bim bap and the kimchi fried rice, both were great! I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the kimchi fried rice!
I’m happy to see something move into this lovely space and I hope they’re successful. It seems like the kitchen does a robust take out service as well. We were in and out of here in about an hour - before heading to the summerfest grounds for a concert (a lovely walking distance for events there!). This might not be the place to go for a rushed order, but we thought the pacing and food were perfect for our needs. We’ll be back for sure!

Upon checking in, the receptionist was kind and since I mentioned (when making the reservation) that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday, she told us that they didn't have desserts but would give both she and I a free drink. Since we don't drink, we asked if we could have an alternative beverage. She told us we could order a tea or soft drink on the house. So we ordered two teas. We both requested them hot. My daughter's drink was incorrect and was cold. We told the server and he replaced it. My drink was correct. We ordered veggie dumplings for an appetizer. They didn't taste very good. For our entrees we ordered Stone pot bimimbap and spicy tofu soup. It was okay. The gochujang sauce was “peppery” tasting and didn't have much flavor. We had to go to great lengths to get a server any time we wanted anything or needed to correct something, or wanted more water. When it was time to pay the bill, the bill had my drink on it. We told our server what the receptionist had said and he just said that he wasn't a regular at this location and that is how they do things at his normal location. He made no efforts to change it and didn't even offer to try. We left with a “very bad taste in our mouths”.
Service was a little slow but they did tell us they were short staff. Food was delicious and delivered hot so well worth the wait. First time there but will not be last.
