Food was very good, bbq flavors weren’t my favorite but the meats were delicious. Workers are very friendly and it’s a very nice restaurant to visit

Oof. So the food was pretty good. Maybe the ribs were a bit overcooked. But we came on the 4th of July, and the service was so bad. Our table was 15-20 minutes late being ready, it took ages for our server to come back to do anything with us. Our food took over an hour to arrive. We were told someone in the kitchen nearly passed out (understandable), but then we heard a server the next table over saying that they were backed up due to a large catering order...all the waiters seemed frazzled and distracted. Maybe our fault for coming on a holiday. Who knows.

We both ordered the ribs and they were very dry. The ambience is great. The server was nice, but then when we asked for paper napkins, they did not provide any, and we were left with fingers covered in rib sauce at the end of the meal. Not sure why they don't provide a wet wipe or a finger bowl. The server dropped the bill on our table right after we got our meals. That was not friendly or welcoming at all!

Attempted to have dinner 5/31. We had a 6:30 reservation and arrived on time. We ordered a round of drinks and 1 app of chicken wings. The wings were a plus, they were tasty and good sauce options but the smokey old fashioned was not a hit. We ordered a round of beers and our dinner. We got the round of beers....the food and our server were never seen again. After several requests about the status of our order we were forced to cancel and leave to make it to a show on time. I do have to say that the manager on duty was great and comped our drinks when she was made aware of the situation.

We loved Smoke Shack! We tried it out last weekend, and all the food - ribs, vegetables, and desserts were outstanding! Prices were reasonable. Plus, the waiter was hilarious. So much fun!

Disappointing compared to the numerous other times we've eaten there and had a great experience. After being seated at our table (which had a significant tilt) we waited 10 minutes before a server finally came over (without an apology). Appetizer and mains all came out simultaneously. Pulled chicken wasn't pulled—served as pieces.
Very good bar b que, and I'm from Alabama so I know!!! Good variety of sauces. The sides were delicious. I especially liked the creamed corn even though it was a bit spicy. The cornbread was also very good. We will definitely go back as this was our second time. Would be interested to see them make some pork rhines. Yum!!

Fantastic meal, great service, we will definitely be back. We ordered the Shack Daddy Sampler & everything was absolutely amazing. We love the place too, it's a very fun atmosphere & super cozy. A+++++++++++++++++ all the way around, THANK YOU!

Food was way too expensive for it being the dryest meat ever. The BBQ sauces they have all suck. I think the only thing I liked out of my meal was the Mac and cheese. Not sure if I went on a bad night with the cook not caring for a Monday night but I will not be back.
