Drove an hour to try some good food and got to the door to see a hand written not saying closing early due to weather. I drove home hungry and disappointed. Never getting my money as I already spent half a tank of gas just to go there and back with no food.

Overall great bbq brisket and pulled pork but they suffer from continually serving some fatty pieces. One of our party picked out a third of his meat as fat from the pulled pork. The cole slaw, corn bread, and sweet potato fries are top notch. Service is a little slow but acceptable. Ask for lean pieces of meat.

The outdoor seating was very pleasant, cozy and romantic. The fire lit table tops were warm and cozy.

Euyuucckkk! I was so disappointed with this food! Definitely not soul food for melanated people or soul food at all. Got pulled pork, Mac and baked beans. Pulled pork was actually okay no real complaints, the mac was edible (I was starving) but not good by any means. I couldn’t even touch the “baked beans” which tasted like bad chili without the meat. Won’t be coming back 👎🏽

Smoke Shack did a fabulous job at our client's wedding between communication, onsite staff service (amazing), and of course, the food was so good! As a Wedding Planner I definitely recommend them.

Not impressed, ordered the 2 meat combo, got 4 pieces of brisket, and a small amout of chicken, baked beans need to be sauced up to taste good, there potato salad was terrible. I get cost are up but for $25.00 for that, i left hungry, and had to stop at a gas station to get rollers.
Had a long Island ice tee, sucked big time and the glass was so full of ice, took 4 sips and it was gone, and for $14.00.
When we walked in and was almost empty at 6pm Saturday night, probably the reason why it was empty.
Would never step a foot back in there again.

We ordered the burnt ends sausage sandwich with the tasty brussel sprouts and the beef brisket with the mac-n-cheese. The buns they came with were great quality. Desserts looked good, but we skipped it for walk to the Public Market to get dessert.
Our server, the young guy with blonde hair was engaging, attentive and we enjoyed talking with him.
Interior was dark, so would be fine on a cold winter's night but glad we could spend our time outdoors on a warm fall evening.

Nice, cozy place for authentic BBQ. Typical BBQ joint set-up. Service was spot on. Meats are done right. Unfortunately, the portions are small and the brisket was mostly fat. Definitely not worth the price.

My greeting from the bartender Abby was warm and professional, as was her serving, as we were at a high top in the bar area. The local draft beers were excellent, as was the bbq pork platter and the bbq brisket platter as well, and with TWO free sides, the price was better than any we have seen around town lately. When I am in town, I will surely visit the Smoke Shack more often!
