Purchased 4 drinks and 3 of them were absolutely disgusting and we had to throw them out. I've had cherry limeade from Sonic on many previous occasions and it never tasted like this. It's like 10x lime flavor was added. They were quick to bring out the drinks in the drive thru, and the mobile ordering actually worked (usually there's an issue and it doesn't work). As for the suggestion to talk to the manager, I don't live nearby, so that isn't helpful at all (I did note that this was a drive-thru order). Maybe take accountability...instead of blaming the customer. Guess I won't be visiting again.

We ordered the shakes and when my bf payed because he thought that’s how much our order cost she said “why would you say yes if that wasn’t your total “ WE DID NOT KNOW which is fine if we hadn’t payed for someone else’s order , at the end we got our refund but they said to go back again for the order even though we had already ordered, decided to just cancel the ice cream for the day THANK YOU . :)

I ordered a two-fer on the smashburger. Specified NO CHEESE. One came perfect. Delicious. The other? Covered in cheese. Someone cannot read and follow directions. Inexcusable.

I wanted sonic in Milwaukee so bad for so long and since we got it, it has been nothing but trash, and miller park way is on top of the heap. This place is horrible they always get it wrong the place is trash and the workers suck. I dunno if there’s anything good to say about this place. Don’t go
This place has really gone hill throughout the years. In 2015, I would have said this was my go-to-spot for fastfood.. in 2025, the drive up lanes don't work anymore and the drive through lane is always insanely long. Don't change your mind while you're in line either, you will be stuck there. Had an old lady on the drive through speaker yell at me because she could not hear me. I am speaking as loud as I can, I suggest you replace your headset. Very disappointed in the rude customer service and crazy long wait time. The food has changed in taste, but it's still good.. man do I miss the old days.

They have coffee from different countries, ☕, Nicaraguan coffee really good 👍🏽, but that's not the place that I usually get coffee from, still good though, I recommend it 😜

You can no longer go to the individual stations. You have to go through the drive thru. That was part of the experience of going to Sonic. Disappointing. The food remains good.
