I told this lady my slushy had no flavor it wasn’t mix either. It taste like ice, she said it was well made and said she can’t change it or Re-do it. Poor customer service not going here again. Don’t bother to go!!! Your job is to re- do it and not tell your customer she is wrong. Customer is always right! I bought here before many times my slushy was blue with flavor. This doesn’t even have color. It taste like ice.

Super run down. Pulled into a spot and pushed button to be told drive thru only. Smelled horrifically like pot. Employees weren't the kindest. Cherry limeade tasted like 7Up. Nothing else. Super disappointed.

The Employees have the worse attitude and they don't even want to serve you most of the time if you are on foot.They have a speaker to order to eat there but they will not take your order because they are too lazy to do their job.I've been denied food on days they weren't even busy, no one was even on drive-thru.I've been yelled at horribly by the Manager out of all people just for asking why aren't they have place your order speakers and tables to dine there and always refuse service to customers?And you can forget about using the bathroom if you are a guest since they don't want no one using the public bathrooms.Not that you even want to use them in the first place because you will catch Tetanus, Hepatitis A, B, or C from probably just looking at it.Seriously it's disgusting, it's never clean and didn't even have soap the 1 time I was actually allowed to use it about 2 years ago.(I think that's why they don't have them open anymore, they figure if we don't let people use them then we don't have to clean it as often)I hope this place closes and they open something good like an In n -Out kind of burger joint. Or corporate gets on off their butts and fires every horrible employee that think they have the right to treat their customers like garbage...

Ordered online, followed directions and went to a stall. Was told it was drive through only, the person infront of me waited 4-5 minutes before someone took order. When I got there they said I was supposed to go a stall. Then when I finally got my order there were 2 forks in the bag for the Sundays I ordered and so got out of my car to knock on window and was yelled at that they were out of spoons. First and last time going to sonic.

Foods OK, older woman working during most days is extremely rude. App is NEVER on so nobody can ever get the 1/2 off drinks. This location is extremely dirty. Car seats on ground behind door. Almost every place to park to order has ripped up signs that says out of order.

Rude staff. Don’t go here. Looks like they just need to close this place down. Most of the stalls were closed and/or broken. Drinks were dripping and leaking when we received them and caused a big mess. Food was cold.

So I ordered my food with red button. Should have order with my app but it wasn’t working. I had a young lady taking my order and she couldn’t get my hamburger right. I kept having to tell her it’s cheese, ketchup & mustard only. So then she types in the burger again and says anything else, I’m still seeing the screen for hamburger and she got me so messed up now I say the wrong drink and tell her no sorry I need this drink and I’m just trying double check the hamburger and she says that’s what the screen says. Well yea now it does! It goes to payment screen.. didn’t say thank you or nothing or check on if I wanted more. I should have drove off cause I don’t know if my food would have been comprised from this interaction and didn’t finish ordering. I was in disbelief on how RUDE the service was. Made the car hop wait while we checked our food and then get home and it was not good. I asked for gravy for my chicken strip and there was like a spoonful in a cup and that’s it. I ended up throwing it away. I will NOT be ordering food from here again. Disgusting service and food.
Burger was pretty good but when I requested salt and pepper he carefully gave me only one of each. Really? Don't be so darn cheap!

Not the Greatest experience the little drive in things were closed so we had to go thru the drive through and then park and I got the chicken tender dinner it was so greasy I almost puked (Yes I know it's sonic it's supposed to be) but it was just so bad the worst amount of grease ever anyways have a good day good luck on your journey for finding food ?

After a long days work (construction actual work) I stopped in here to get a large Banna shake and a couple pretzels I get home (10 min drive) and taste like pure vanilla I call and am told that my large shake only calls for "3 pumps" of flavoring well if that's the case they need to rethink that because it taste like pure vanilla and I never got my pretzels I drive back got a banana shake that actually taste like banana this time so that's good but I get home to open my pretzels and yay no cheese I drove there twice after busting my back all day for a shake and pretzels and they managed to screw it up twice and these are the same people demanding 15+ an hour are you kidding me
