I love this Starbucks so much! I work right down the street so I come in almost everyday and the workers are always so nice and some of them even have my order memorized. I always look forward to going in and seeing everyone I really appreciate y’all! Always a good way to start my day

I recently stayed at the Milwaukee Marriott and had a wonderful stay there. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were phenomenal. I would especially like to give kudos to Jaido and Xenia, who always had a smile and really went the above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. I hope to stay here again and would definitely recommend this location when visiting Milwaukee.

I booked my room last minute (deciding between Westin and Marriott) they accommodated my request quickly and checked me in at 11am! Xenia gave me the ultimate ambassador experience and provided the best service! Made me feel at home and made sure I received all the perks of my status. Give her a raise!

The valet service was so kind and helpful! Nick in particular really helped improve my stay, and bettered my experience at the Marriot. Everything else was pretty average but that’s what i like! Thanks Nick!

I was in Milwaukee for work and I had such a comfortable stay here. I slept great both nights. The bed was super comfortable and everything was really clean in the room. Best of all, it was really quiet. The restaurant downstairs was good too, East Town Kitchen & Bar. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful too... I forgot to pack my hairbrush and they were able to provide a new comb that was complimentary. Thank you to Eldra and Jaide for a wonderful experience! Side note, I cannot speak to value on pricing as my company paid for the room.

The valet service at the downtown Marriott was fantastic! You text them when you want your vehicle and they had it ready within 10 minutes or less. Kamani and the valet team were friendly and helpful.

Brooklynn D. the front desk manager was so helpful with my reservation for my 2 night stay. I applied a discount for the room but was unaware that I needed a form to go with it. After reaching dead ends back home in NC about obtaining the form , she went approve and beyond to help me figure out how to get what I needed. She did everything with a smile and was very patient with me. I am truly beyond THANKFUL that she was here and being the person she is.

Clayton and Ali were outstanding! Vanessa and Jerome at the front desk were very accommodating as well Management is NOT good! Mold in shower the ENTIRE shower and toilet didn’t flush management cared less great bar area and nice bar staff gym was ok treadmills were off balance but free water bottles were nice
Aiden and Kamani were so helpful with everything! They got our car for us when needed and helped us load up the car! Couldn’t have asked for better valet people. Honestly made our stay way better. The best:)

Stayed for three days. Every single day my room was not cleaned. I called the desk. I visited the desk. I talked to the manager. When I checked out, I told them I was not happy. They claimed I had asked for some sort of "green room" thing that involved no maid service. I told them I had never heard of it and, in fact, notified them every day. Got an email from Brooklyn, the manager. Stated that I would recieve 10K Marriott points for my trouble. Not ony have those points not shown up after two weeks, I have received no points at all for my stay. The restauarant was out of many items. Parking valet did a good job. Will likely not stay again.

Arrived for a wedding and was greeted by Vee Vee. She was very pleasant and helpful. The entire valet staff was on board and ready. While Vee Vee assisted with my vehicle, Andre opened the passenger doors, Keana opened the hotel door, Aiden, and Nick helped with my luggage. I have not seen a team work together in a long time and it is great that it is still around. Thank you all for helping and making me feel welcomed! You guys did a great job!

This is Dani not Crystal but I LOVE this location! I go here for my very basic whole milk vanilla latte... I literally never change it up. Usually I get my boy's but today I had Ms. Peach and I told her I was feeling risky and to make me whatever felt cozy when I drank it and she killed it! 10/10 recommend seeing Peach to have her make you a cinnamon dolce and white chocolate latte. AMAZING. Thank you all for always putting a smile on my face :)

I was off to a bad start today on my way to work and stepped in to order a venti ice water and asked for lemon in it and the lovely lady that served me told me they didn't have any off hand but went to the trouble of going next door to the restaurant and asking for two wedges of lemon. Thank you for making my day with such a small gesture. Great service.
