I love this starbucks and come here often, but I am writing this review on the same drive through worker that has multiple poor reviews already posted. She is always rude, rushing, and just unpleasant. There hasn’t been a single time I’ve seen her that I’ve had anything good to say about her. I thought at first maybe she had a bad day, but it seems like she’s always having bad days! Maybe she shouldn’t work here! Not to mention she’s messed up my order multiple times and I don’t even feel it’s worth it to correct her and deal with more bs. Hoping management gets rid of her, not a good look.

I can't believe this bs! Now I have to buy something in order to get a tall cup of ice. Honestly never going back to that specific starbucks. How rude of them and inconsiderate. This location has gotten better in the last year (IMHO). Got a very friendly greeting by Barista. Gave us plenty of time to get our orders figured out. Asked if we could get our drinks in mugs, and that was no problem at all.
We ordered a couple of London Fog Lattes (earl grey with steamed milk), with extra foam. They were made very good. And we split a piece of the pumpkin bread which was moist, and warmed up in the oven).
The place was about half full. Most tables were having quite conversation, so it was easy for us to hear each other.
I'm more of a fan of local boutique coffee shops, but this Starbucks did a good job.

Consistently the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I’ve tried so many times because it’s easily the most convenient for me, but I’m officially done with this place. I’ll either go to Dunkin or the Starbucks at 94 & holt. Between the lobby being intermittently closed without notice or explanation to the drinks being bland, i just can’t do it anymore.

I ordered to be picked up when I got there the drink was ready but the food wasn't. Their was a few workers just standing there talking and making their own drink and food of choice while im still waiting for mine to even be started. After a 10 minute wait finally 1 of my food items were done and handed to me so I asked the worker about the other food im still waiting on and proceeded to go grab it from the drive thri window orders thats was sitting there from before I got there. They weren't friendly at all. What happened to the atmosphere there? 10/10 wouldn't recommend and won't be going back ill go out of the way to make sure I get better service.
