Worse service I ever had at Starbucks staff was rude and had no idea where things were could not get any frapp because they had lost all lids for blender when I asked for a different drink the manager had a really bad attitude when I said relax I was just asking she snapped back me that whole staff needs some customer service training

I ordered on my phone, waited ten minutes, watched everyone get their drinks/food, and was left a bit confused. Asked if they had gotten my order, just in case I ordered at the wrong place, and turns out they just hadn't made my order yet - which is perfectly fine, they have other customers too.
What irked me was the response by the woman making my drink. She grumbled about having other things to do when she heard me ask if they had received my drink order. Then, she unfortunately didn't make the drink correctly and refused to look at me when she slid the drink to me across the counter. Felt a bit upset by that reaction, and think that perhaps the service could be a bit better, but not sure if it's just me.

I waited about 15 minutes just to get a cakepop no one else is in line just me and almost missed my flight. Never going to the Starbucks again.
The girl making drinks was on it. The girl making (warming up) the food was absolutely atrocious. I've never seen anyone not care so much in my life. I finished my coffee and was standing there for 20 minutes with no more than 6 people in line at any time. Terrible. It's hard to find people that want to work but may as well not even staff it.
