First of all, the employee who served me was so friendly and warm but it didn't make up for the food. Let the photos speak for themselves; the marketing photo compared to what I actually paid $7.40 for. Seriously, Starbucks? The coffee was hot and tasty. The panini was pathetic.

Food - N/AAmbiance - N/AService - 1/5. Walking by clearly a few minutes before open when a group of polite women who clearly didn't even speak English as their first language tried to get the attention of the staff to see when the store opened. The staff (both) had earbuds in, maybe too much for both to do so, but after enough waving I imagine one could see put of the corner of the eye. No. I saw the young gentleman glance as the women tried to get attention and seemingly tried to turn away and avoid them.I am not sure if the guy has a problem with Hispanic travelers, doesn't like people, or truly just enjoys insulting people, but I was... Fairly shocked. Outside the required professional conduct of an airport for security reasons, I and a number of other travelers would probably have made a firmer point on mistreating people.Other reviews indicate years of problems here. While I acknowledge that most posters are either posting due to satisfaction or frustration, rather than the vast anonymous "silent happy middle," I felt compelled to leave one of my first reviews ever in the hope that somebody in Starbucks corporate notices the history and questionably ethnic-based customer treatment practices at a location with a vast international traveler customer base consisting of all ages, races, and backgrounds. Please fix your store.

Location in concourse D is rude and inept. 25 minutes to get a hot chocolate ordered from the app. When asked nicely when it would be ready employee got upset and rude. Amazingly it was next order. She forgot about it and instead of being professional was rude.

Stopped at the Starbucks waiting to catch a plane. The employees were working super hard, even though there was quite a line at the time. You could tell they were very efficient. The drinks we got were really good, however they were out of a few things. We did have to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes, however once we ordered it was within minutes. The breakfast sandwich I got was warm and hit the spot.

There were three employees visible. One was working hard to get the orders. The other two clearly did not want to work that day 7/19/23 at 2pm.

Waited 15 minutes to get my drink. They fixed it wrong. They make a lot of orders wrong. No time to wait for them to make another. Had to catch my flight. Staff slow, not busy normal line. Milwaukee Airport starbucks after going tru tsa.

Surprisingly well priced for an airport location!

Severely understaffed. Give yourself a lot of time to wait for your drinks.

They gave my minor coffee in ger drink even though I specifically asked for it WITHOUT coffee....

I understand Starbucks can be busy, especially at an airport and so the staff are rushed. They seemed a little irritated that I ordered a hot chocolate for my kiddo. Either way, the coffee was a bit old but tasted ok when I doctored it up. Fine for an airport coffee stop

Worst ever. Zero correct (0/2) on simple items.. and not just me. As I waited +20 min with almost no other customers, I got to hear the frustrations of others. It’s almost as if they purposely tried to get zero correct.

I stood at the counter for a long time as the employee was at the register, not saying a word to me. My receipt had a 'hospitality charge' on it. The tip jar had 'Happy Woman month' written on it.

I just spent 20 minutes waiting in line at this Starbucks in the airport. There was only one person working it because the other was on break. The other came back the first one went on break. The one who had just come back announced that they were about to close and that nothing now could be purchased except regular coffee. That’s not what I was there for so I left empty handed, as did others who had been waiting in line. COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable. Also - it’s 4:50pm and the online information states that this location collapses at 6pm.ETA: it is one hour later and the location that reused to serve me a Frappuccino because they were “about to close” is still open. Also, I should specify this is the one that is at the top of the escalators, outside security. I now see there’s another location in past security.

One of the baristas working here must really hate her life working at an airport! I ordered online and she was actually angry with me for asking where the drinks were, after they were supposed to be ready.... Then she said "do you see anyone else who ordered online?" How should I know lady?? It's a way to order!
