Kendal was lovely. There was a communication error on my end with the flavor(I mixed up drinks and said white mocha instead of mocha) and she remade the drink for me and was really understanding about it!

I was on my way to work by the airport from Menomonee falls and had nothing in my stomach, I was feeling sick so I went to order a coffee. I realized upon arrival that I had taken my ADD meds today and coffee was NOT going to work well with that… I came in the store a little frantic hoping I could change my drink order… only to realize I placed the order at I94&Holt…. My brain was about to explode lol. I was SO GRATEFUL the barista helped me out by just making me a blended matcha (and said don’t worry about the other store) and made me feel so much more calm and ready for my work day. This is the type of service I wish was at every establishment, a true customer service QUEEN!!! I will come back in another Wednesday morning and hopefully get her name

after deciding to give starbucks another try after years of avoiding them I decided to make this location my resturant of choice after trying 4-5 others in the past 2 months. My order is always a medium coffee with caramel syrup and a free refill before I leave. ON CHARGE FOR REFILL EVER BEFORE but the girl who took my refill order charged me for the syrup. The .80 cents is notb the point the point is every starbucks in this area offered no charge and consistancy is key. either everyone charges or no one does. this is my last visit here

I really want to keep ordering the matcha drinks from Starbucks because the flavor is great when it’s made right—but unfortunately, that’s rare. Most of the time, the matcha isn’t blended properly, leaving clumps at the bottom and top of the drink or a chalky texture. It feels rushed and inconsistent. I’d love to keep getting it, but the prep seriously needs to be fixed. Hoping they can improve this, because when made right it’s delicious.

Personally I like Starbucks but this specific location always messes up the drinks no matter what, either it’s watered down or not mixed right. I threw the coffees to the trash. Train your employees how to make better drinks step it up please and thank-you.
