I’m doing four stars because yesterday 5/23 afternoon like 2pm I came in. I was disappointed I ordered through mobile app and was told my order was done sent my teen in to get the order and it wasn’t ready. I then came in and the order was made in front of me I got the iced matcha 🍵 and it was nasty! Too much matcha powder and because of that it was sour. The woman working did give me more simple syrup but geez it was just a mess if you ask me.

Now for the early morning crew like 6am 5/22 I was also in after doing a mobile order and those ladies did AMAZING so five stars for them!!! And my matcha was amazing!

So morning crew I highly recommend!! But we won’t be back in the afternoon I’m going to drive the extra 2.2 miles to a different location.

The quality of the food/coffee here is still on par with any other Starbucks. And the staff is friendly and helpful.
But, I'm not sure if they are experiencing staffing issues or what, but they have really cut their hours down here. They don't seem to be consistent about when they close either.
Often the indoor dining area is closed and you can only go through the drive through.
I don't go here much anymore because they close so early and getting coffee has become inconvenient.

I was sad that the cafe was close, but after going through the drive-thru was treated soo kindly. And they left me a nice message on my cup, made my day

I believe in second chances and the location itself is great they just had a not-so-nice manager last year but since there has been a change in staff this place has became great again it's my normal go to spot again

Today I had a horrible experience with a VERY nasty/rude worker(bigger set, black women with glasses; dont have her name). I was missing multiple drinks from my tray, & gave it back to the worker at the window to add them on my tray. She then decided to LEAVE MY DRINKS OUTSIDE in the cold outside of the drive thru window instead & closed the window on me. I have never been treated SO POORLY by a Starbucks EVER. I will NEVER be back. ZERO OUT OF 10 STARS; DO BETTER!!!

Recently visited and they would not accept a $50 bill for a $20 order. That's ridiculous for a huge corporation to not accept any bills over $20. What if my order was more than $20? Would all my hills still have to ve $20 or less? A huge inconvenience
