It’s a Starbucks, so drinks and food are gonna be pretty much the same no matter the location, but this store has limited hours and I’ve seen it get major drive thru back ups, but because I went after work, I didn’t have that issue when I went. Just make sure you check hours before going..

The problem with this place is that they don't want to work, a man waited in line for 20 minutes to get a coffee, and he stood in line alone.

This is the worst Starbucks in the city of Milwaukee and surrounding areas. They have a high staff turnover, staff professionalism, and customer service. Drinks are inaccurate all the time, because the staff don't read the labels. The inside is constantly closed for one reason or another and the Online Pre-App is not available several times a week. I clearly state, no whip and no foam, and I have to check every single time I order because there's always whip and foam. My coffee cost $10, I just want it as I ordered it.

During the milwaukee floods & storms in August 2025, this staff went above & beyond to meet the needs of their customers. The management demonstrated great direction & leadership despite being under stressful conditions.

I’m really irritated that I sat in line to order my items only for them to say they not taking card when I get up to the register. It would be nice to let a customer know that before they order. I will never come back here again. Wasted my time when I had to be at work.

Flies everywhere counter full of caramel and toppings barista also stated its a wait someone else has been waiting 16mins ok cool and I have watched several of the same drinks go out ordered after me and the barista continued to fix others drinks and talk about me asking about my drink with another customer. The atmosphere has declined and cleanliness of the store as well. Do better servicing and with time management. 21 mins and still never received a drink received a refund

There was a good reason I stopped coming here and today proved my point. In the drive thru during lunchtime and to go in because no one answered. Go into the lobby and I see one worker... then one person came in from the back and took my order. As the lobby started to fill up because again it's lunchtime two more people finally come in from the back. This place is super slow and it was never like this years ago. Years ago it was fast friendly and nice. Now it has gone downhill fast. Today was last time coming to this location.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this location and both times were horrible. The orders are either wrong or not ready for pick up upon arrival. A few of the staff members prefer to discuss personal business as opposed to preparing orders. Very unprofessional

I’m doing four stars because yesterday 5/23 afternoon like 2pm I came in. I was disappointed I ordered through mobile app and was told my order was done sent my teen in to get the order and it wasn’t ready. I then came in and the order was made in front of me I got the iced matcha 🍵 and it was nasty! Too much matcha powder and because of that it was sour. The woman working did give me more simple syrup but geez it was just a mess if you ask me.

Now for the early morning crew like 6am 5/22 I was also in after doing a mobile order and those ladies did AMAZING so five stars for them!!! And my matcha was amazing!

So morning crew I highly recommend!! But we won’t be back in the afternoon I’m going to drive the extra 2.2 miles to a different location.

The quality of the food/coffee here is still on par with any other Starbucks. And the staff is friendly and helpful.
But, I'm not sure if they are experiencing staffing issues or what, but they have really cut their hours down here. They don't seem to be consistent about when they close either.
Often the indoor dining area is closed and you can only go through the drive through.
I don't go here much anymore because they close so early and getting coffee has become inconvenient.

I believe in second chances and the location itself is great they just had a not-so-nice manager last year but since there has been a change in staff this place has became great again it's my normal go to spot again

Today I had a horrible experience with a VERY nasty/rude worker(bigger set, black women with glasses; dont have her name). I was missing multiple drinks from my tray, & gave it back to the worker at the window to add them on my tray. She then decided to LEAVE MY DRINKS OUTSIDE in the cold outside of the drive thru window instead & closed the window on me. I have never been treated SO POORLY by a Starbucks EVER. I will NEVER be back. ZERO OUT OF 10 STARS; DO BETTER!!!
