Good drink
The staff here is so friendly and the coffee is always amazing. I love coming here because I know I’ll be greeted with amazing service and delicious coffee.

Nicole was at the drive thru window and was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. She was so sweet and I could tell she truly values her job and cares about ensuring customer satisfaction.

When did Starbucks not allow you to sit in without purchasing something? Genuinely asking because I didn't know I was going to be asked that I had to purchase something in order to sit and get my work done. Either way, I bought string cheese just so they leave me alone. They said if I didn't buy anything, I had to leave. Fair, but it felt like the store was pilfering me. Not sure if I like that very much as I never had that experience before at other Starbucks. Enjoyed the atmosphere before it was interrupted. Oh well...

used to come into this specific Starbucks every single day, but as of today, I will no longer be visiting this Starbucks. I placed a mobile order and on the app it said your drink will be ready in 4 to 6 minutes. OK no problem. I live five minutes from the store at the five minute mark I left my house so that would have given them another five minutes to make my drink I get to Starbucks there’s nobody in the drive thru line. Nobody in the lobby. I go through the drive-through. Tell them that I have a mobile order and they tell me that my order is still in the queue and I’m like OK no problem. I drive up to the window and waiting there is some employee. She slams open the window and tells me that I need to wait a few minutes to come to get my drink when I’m placing the order and I told her I do wait that I placed my order 10 minutes ago! And she goes well I don’t know about that but we just got it I told her I wait the allotted number of minutes and then I drive to the store. It’s not my fault It did not show up in their queue until I got there that has nothing to do with me. I have proof of when I place the order and on top of that, I also have the whole interaction on camera because I have a camera in my car!!!. She had a huge attitude. She always has a attitude at the store Some young black girl and the only reason I’m mentioning race is because she had no name tag on and she was the only AA girl working there she acts like she has a chip on her shoulder. She was very snotty and nasty and not just to me I’ve noticed her rolling her eyes at other employees and also being snotty to other customers . Again I used to come here everyday get the same drink everyone there knew my drink and I have never complained!! But she was out of line and absolutely could have went about it a different way but she didn’t! And on top of that my drink was wrong which I feel like they purposely did! maybe I’ll just have to post my interaction online to let everybody know what kind of employees you have at the store. !! Get that girl some training and teach her how to speak to people because she has a lot to learn at her young age!!! I spent over $100 a week at your store sometimes more I will be taking my money somewhere else cause I’m definitely not visiting the store again. This interaction happened on July 5th at around 9-930 am.

Service was good but i had like 5 chunks of dragonfruit in my VENTI mango dragonfruit lemonade. It wasnt even its usual purple color it is pink.
It was a little dumpier inside than I was expecting. My 2 large peppermint mochas were delicious.
My first time to this location. I was a faithful customer until maybe 3-5 months ago. I went in on Tue after my dad called with bad news. So I needed a Frap just to feel better. We'll I ordered on line. I forgot it had personal cup. I noticed after the fact. So I go in talk to batista and was explaining, I even tell her cancel my order and I'll reorder. Cause i don't go like that so points meant nothing to me. She said it's ok. Well when the other chick said she didn't bring cup she told her NO. The barista rolled her eyes. It really pissed me off. I said cancel my order. They didn't know the call was someone had passed in my family. I get it ppl do it, but I don't. It was an innocent mistake... I'm glad I stopped going. Maybe you should talk to the batistas no one knows what ppl are going through.
My order was accurate and made it properly tasted so good.
