the 4 stars is for Kaylie only who works in drive through The manager is rude and to talks at her and not to her while I was placing an order. It was disturbing to watch this happened right at noon the line was not backed up so there was no excuse do better plz! keep up the good job

Utterly disappointed in this location. Placed a mobile order for an impossible breakfast sandwich and a pumpkin cold brew at 9:22am, drove 10 mins to location, waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I thought I’d zip in the drive thru since I have my toddler in the car seat. That was clearly a mistake. I was handed a cold, congealed sandwich and a cold brew without the extra foam I requested. This visit cost me $12.71 plus the $1 tip I added to the order. There was no acknowledgment of the ridiculously long wait and nothing was done to try to remedy the situation. It’s frustrating to consume a cold sandwich and an overpriced coffee that isn’t even what I requested in the first place.

Is an ok place. Some employees are a piece of work at Drive Thru. If you go in employees are often times paying attention to other things than to you as a customer when you walk in.
The sitting area is so nice. It’s a shame that it’s ruined by the excessively loud music. It’s intolerable. I have been to every Starbucks in the area, and this is the only one where I can’t have a quiet conversation, do some work, or read. The music volume is at the level of a bar – to the point where I assume it has to be done on purpose, but I’m not sure why, unless they really don’t want people in the sitting area. I can’t be the first to make this complaint. In any case, I will go to any Starbucks in the area except this one to have a relaxing experience. The three other Starbucks a few minutes away – all with worse seating – are preferable to putting cotton in one’s ears or having to shout to be heard. The Starbucks down the street is always full, despite having a much less comfortable seating area, just because customers can sit without being subjected to a concert.

Everything is normal Starbucks. The employees are nice. But wow, they are consistently sloooooooooow. And don’t think bypassing drive-thru and walking in will save you time. It’s actually significantly worse. Over 10mins for a plain coffee.

This location has a table set up for, "the empty chair," a symbolic gesture for those who did not make it home. Additionally, there are pre-made cards for you to complete for those currently deployed while you wait for your order. This is so admirable, and greatly appreciated.

You can never have too much Matcha lemonade!! This is a very sophisticated Starbucks. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is impeccable. This place has such a vibe! I love it!!!
