I think Starbucks is overrated but my sister loves it so I find myself here sometimes. The staff is very friendly though especially the girl who took our order, Isa was her name, VERY nice person, keep her on the register. She makes a difference.

Went thru the drive thru today 8/29/25 and ordered a tall Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew and cheese danish. Took a drink and the lid was not on. Coffee all over me and my car seat. Not happy. At least it was not a hot drink. I called Starbucks. They took my name and will be given to the Supervisor. Let’s see what happens when I return

Order a drink with light ice. They filled it with ice. Pulled back around to have them remake it properly with LIGHT ICE and they refused to remake it
The atmosphere is great and the staff is very kind. The drinks CAN be inconsistent at times, which does get frustrating. However, when the drinks are done right, they’re so yummy.

Ordered a doordash order and the order was wrong. The girl on the phone was rude and argued with me about what I ordered. Instead of offering to send a new one she had an attitude about. The sandwich i got was also horrible. The one is oak creek is way nicer. Will not order from them again.

I have to say, hands down, this is one of the best Starbucks locations in Milwaukee! Michelle is absolutely amazing—every time she makes my drink, it’s done to perfection. Her attention to detail and consistency truly set this place apart.

I order Monday - Friday . Normally get a hello here and there or a wave , have a nice day when the order is picked up. Last week I had one of my employees pick up the coffee, she was offended at the person watching her grab the drink, apparently the employee made a comment to her as she was grabbing it.
Now today I went in with my son to pick up our order and I grabbed a drink carrier , was putting my drinks in there and grabbing the bags of pastries that were also ordered and this employee just aggressively snatched someone else’s order that was next to me , there was no intention on taking anyone’s orders it just so happened to be placed there . But I did not appreciate the quick grab, not a word no excuse me or anything. Coffee normally great , but today just was not the day . Maybe someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed .
