The baristas were fast with my drink and they were all so sweet đ«¶ Made my day and I will definitely be coming back
Stop telling us that the system is going to ask you a question before we make a payment, say that it's asking for a tip! A tip for self service!
You need new workers. Takes over 10 minutes to even get a drink. That doesnât include sitting in line.
Totally incompetent staff. There was a big sign for coffees on tap. One was the Thanksgiving Blend pour over. I order it and the girl waiting on me was totally confused. She started looking around like .. what am I supposed to do now! Another girl comes up and says ⊠we arenât offering that today. Note: itâs 4 days before Thanksgiving. I ask, why do you have the sign up if you donât have it? She rolled her eyes and reached over , grabbed the sign and put it face down, turned to me and said.. happy now? I said, sure. Iâll just take the pike then. I get the pike place and it lukewarm.. never again!

Takes forever
A bit disappointing that mobile order tells you âitâs ready!â And you get there then have to wait 20+ minutesâŠ. I ordered a drink at 2:52pm, I got a notification it was ready around 3:05 but it hadnât even started. I had to wait until 3:30 to get it. I stood there and watched the people in line that ordered (while I was waiting for mine) got theirs before me. The person who I assume was the manager said âthey all go through the same line of tickets that prints outâ, in which case, mine should have been made before the people who ordered while I was waiting for my drink, which I was notified was ready in-appâŠ.. Skip this one and go to the one in Barnes and Noble.
The young lady that took our order was very nice I ordered a venti Carmel CrĂšme BrĂ»lĂ©e and a venti strawberry Refresher w/lemonade Iâm not sure if there was a mix up understanding the size of the drinks that I ordered letâs just say my CrĂšme BrĂ»lĂ©e was the size of a grande when I got my cup barely any contents inside of the cup when I inquired was this my drink I got a very nasty response if had wanted a GRANDE BELIEVE I WOULD HAVE ORDERED THAT itâs sad that people just show up without a care if detail and/or quality I wonât stop here again very disappointed with my food and service BY THE WAY A WARMED COOKIE WAS AS COLD AS YESTERDAYâS air

i ordered at 4:18pm and didnt get my order til 4:40pm and it was wrong. I took the order anyways because I was in a rush didnt think I would be waiting 20+ mins for a coffee and the coffee was disgusting. just close the whole location down
placed an online order for a cookie and once it was ready i stood by the pickup station, and barista walked right in front of me to talk to her outside friends for 5 minutes right by the pickup station. mind you, while her only her coworker worked on drinks. just kept chatting while i was just standing there, and by the time i got my cookie it was cold. i had to just grab it myself because no way did i place an online order for fast service and just got ignored for college chit chat

Hands down the worst Starbucks of all time. I donât understand how this one didnât close with the company wide closings they just announced. Truly the rudest, laziest staff Iâve ever seen. Unbelievable slow, no sense of urgency. I donât say this lightly, but these are the kind of people you observe and just know theyâre going no where in life. You will wait 40 minutes for your drink just for them to mess it up. For example: I have multiple severe food allergies and ordered a matcha with oat milk and caramel syrup, by the time they finally made it, I could see caramel drizzle which has dairy in it. I told the girl they messed up and made it clear to her I am actually allergic to dairy as in I have an epi pen prescription, dairy causes anaphylaxis for me. They remake the drink maybe 20 minutes later, I take one sip and can tell they made it with dairy and not oat milk. Then I was having an allergic reaction for the next hour. Thanks a lot, awful Starbucks employees! Learn to have some work ethic and care for your customers. You guys are insane. People can go to Nordstrom and get much better coffee with better service.

To the barista working at 5:45pm on September 5th - find a new job my love. The service industry is not for everyone, and it is certainly not for you. Perhaps a work from home job where patrons don't have to deal with your attitude and bad energy. đ

I find it funny how me and my kids were told the sitting area was close at 6pm when the Starbucks closes at 7:30pm. Then we walked past the sitting area to go home and there is people sitting there. Very weird. Have signs out that says what time your sitting area is closed so there is no confusion. Cause to me it feels like we where just told it was closed so we werenât sitting there.

I went there during the night rush, was met with RUDE baristas who not only sat on there phones and ignore me while I asked where my drink was, but I was met with a snotty rude managerâ i believe thatâs what they are, in which the woman demanded that I wait for my drink or simply get a refund. This is not fair to me as I had waited 40 minutes for my drink. I do NOT! recommend eating nor drinking here. I will never return.
