To the barista working at 5:45pm on September 5th - find a new job my love. The service industry is not for everyone, and it is certainly not for you. Perhaps a work from home job where patrons don't have to deal with your attitude and bad energy. 😘

I find it funny how me and my kids were told the sitting area was close at 6pm when the Starbucks closes at 7:30pm. Then we walked past the sitting area to go home and there is people sitting there. Very weird. Have signs out that says what time your sitting area is closed so there is no confusion. Cause to me it feels like we where just told it was closed so we weren’t sitting there.

I went there during the night rush, was met with RUDE baristas who not only sat on there phones and ignore me while I asked where my drink was, but I was met with a snotty rude manager— i believe that’s what they are, in which the woman demanded that I wait for my drink or simply get a refund. This is not fair to me as I had waited 40 minutes for my drink. I do NOT! recommend eating nor drinking here. I will never return.

I would really like to give it no stars. My daughter and I ordered ONE drink. The guy behind us ordered two drinks. It took us 20 mins to get our drink! The cashier Colin took our orders and then instead of making my drink first, he goes to make the guy’s two drinks while the other employee is making the drinks for the customers ahead of us. We waited and no one else was there. Another customer comes up to order and they start making their drinks not even acknowledging us. I had to go ask if they were even making it and his response was “we only have one blender”. NO OTHER DRINKS AHEAD OF ME WERE BLENDED!!! So the blender was readily available! This store has really gone downhill! Anytime I order from there thru mobile, the drink is always off. So I’ve stopped doing that for this location. I may have to NEVER order from here again.

i went to this location after doing an online order. i get there and wait to the side and nobody said anything to me. none of the five people behind the counter (who all kept making eye contact with me). Now I don’t expect people who are bust doing something to stop what they’re doing just to say hi, however the guy walking back and forth doing nothing but playing with the stickers that go on cups could have said something. not even an ill be right with you or anything. i literally saw my bakery item to the side getting cold and my drink just sitting all the way over by the machines (with the top on so clearly it was done). nobody says a thing after ten minutes, not even the two managers that came by, one being a woman with pink and yellow hair. I finally got my items after making eye contact with every single employee on several occasions and i realize that my vanilla latte only had vanilla and milk in it. No espresso. I wouldn’t have been as annoyed if the employees were actually attentive to what’s going in around them. You can’t not pay attention to customers, acting as though you’re too busy with the drinks and then also not even make the drinks correctly. The service at this location is awful, the drinks are never made correctly and are always so watered down now (oh, when they actually have the ingredients to make said drink!)

I really like the drinks here, I always buy water here, I like the drinks here but today I was quite upset with an Asian staff, she made my favorite less and not the right size I needed but I just asked her to add it back to me but she had a very bad attitude, she didn't even wash the glass before giving it to me, she also put less whipped cream than before, she completely messed up the recipe I gave her

4 employees and the lines were outrageous. I want to know who regional manager is. Rude employees. I ordered ahead, walked down 7 minutes later and still waited over 20 minutes for my one iced shaken expresso!!

Extremely slow wait time. 45 minutes for a single drink. And they appeared to be making the drinks completely out of order. There were at least 15 order tags out and in different places and they appeared to choose Willy nilly which ones to work on in no particular order. They might only have 1 blender but it would be nice to complete the orders in the order in which they came in.

TERRIBLE! Took them 30 mins to make my drink, and it didn’t even taste good! Manager did not help at all, and the coffee makers were on there phones, not even thinking about there costumers. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!!!

I understand that weekends get really busy, and working in the food/cafĂ© industry isn’t easy—especially with customers constantly watching. However, Starbucks, please ensure that your employees are following basic hygiene practices, like washing their hands and tying their hair back.

Today, I went to get my sister a drink for her shift, but I witnessed something extremely unsanitary. The worker scratched her head and then proceeded to put her hands inside the cup meant for my sister’s drink—without washing her hands. To make matters worse, she spilled the drink on herself but still handed it to me.

I want to clarify that I’m not saying this Starbucks has bad customer service, but hygiene is important. Employees need to be more mindful of sanitation to maintain cleanliness and customer trust.
