I just ordered a coffee and egg bites. It was pretty busy so I expected to wait. My coffee came out in like 2 minutes. 15 MINUTES LATER they came and told me they were out of egg bites. When I ordered them the woman behind the counter even asked if they had them and the girl said yes. I walked out without getting my food. Why did this take 15 minutes, literally everyone else got their stuff and the place was completely empty. This is what I get for going to get evil corporate coffee, I guess. Lesson learned.

This location needs to turn off mobile ordering when it is being overwhelmed. Waiting 45 minutes for a coffee with no warning just can’t happen.

Waited exactly 30 minutes for a macchiato. Ordered ahead for pickup and the app said 7-10 min - that’s 200-400% of the estimated wait time. Coffee is fine but I’ll never go back here unless I have an hour to wait

Big walkthrough area, very little seating, this is get your order and move out into the (Hyatt) lobby. Mainly for those already in the Hyatt, as keycard needed to enter from closest street entrance (N MLK Drive (N3rd Street)). Big, spacious lobby outside. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Very limited offferings.

They keep making my lattes with heavy foam, which would make it a cappuccino... Which is not a latte.......

Not place to sit/work in the coffee shop but your most likely you’ll be taking your drink elsewhere. Friends and I had super fast service and our order was as expected.

I dislike having to wait 15 minutes for an unheated banana bread because they decided to heat it instead.

An employee was coughing it up while making my drinks and didn’t remake it or wash her hands in between.

Additionally, with the Microsoft outage yesterday, they wouldn’t take my coupon at the register for my $3 drink so I just paid extra for a drink I did not want to give to my kids.

This particular Starbucks is inside a Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Milwaukee. I will start by saying, it was most likely overly busy due to an event that was going on during this week. It appeared, they overstaffed the Starbucks on purpose due to the amount of foot traffic anticipated.

I will follow up by saying, each of the employees personalities was like talking to a rock. Not only did they not acknowledge customers waiting, but by the time you were at the counter ordering, they still failed to acknowledge you. No smiles, and sometimes not even an acknowledgment you were standing right in front of them.

Secondly, I don’t mind particular hairstyles, especially when working around food, but having spent time in the food and service industry, I can tell you that once you reach a certain point of hair length or hair growth, it should be covered or at least corralled especially when working around food you’re serving to customers. At least two of your employees have what are described as dreadlocks. One female in particular, had her dreadlocks exposed and hanging all the way past the lower portion of her body swinging from left to right as she walked back forth…..not bound by any hair accessory. This is an unacceptable display given the food service industry of where I come from.

I was also fortunate to see one of your employees stop in the middle of a busy time, and apply her lipgloss, once again, while standing next to the food.

Lastly, despite the fact that each day there were at least seven employees working diligently to pump out the orders, it still appeared most customers waited an exorbitant amount of time for either a coffee or food. I’m not sure what your standard is, but I would estimate with at least 7 employees working daily, I imagine it would be quicker. I did not see teamwork or even division of duty….it was not well run essentially.
