Submitted an online order, went to pick it up, and the employee didn’t even have the lights on at 8:56 AM. She immediately tells me “I just got here, you’ll have to call corporate for the refund.” Absolutely unacceptable, never experienced anything like it.

I literally stood at the register for 15 MINUTES and the lady workinh never once acknowledged I was there, she just kept doing online orders. I had to mobile order while standing rhere just to get a damn drip coffee. Whoever was working this morning is absolutely terrible.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Always takes for ever and the quality is poor. Took 25 minutes to get a black coffee today that in the end tasted pretty awful.

I'm not sure why there are hours posted as they don't keep to them much. They close early. Are open at the listed time one of every three days maybe. To add insult to injury they never turn off their mobile order system or it's directly tied to their supposed hours. I've not gotten two drinks because of that. Luckily Starbucks has refunded. I've also recieved hot drinks when I've asked for cold and the label explicitly says cold.I fully understand staffing issues, I really do, but I feel like it's pointless to have posted hours if you genuinely can't keep to them. Furthermore if you can't fulfill mobile orders don't have the system or learn to turn it on and off.

Slower than normal Starbucks, and the barista even forgot the order after I have been waiting for minutes. Then she asked me if I am waiting for drinks and blame the other barista for not telling her.

Barista made me and my Children’s drinks very watered down and slid them out very rudelyWas not customer friendly! Slim black girl just ordered around 2:00pm I always order here and I’ve never had a problem with your employees but the new hire is horrible

The staff told me they were closing once i walked up due to staffing shortages. I asked if she could just ring up two cups, minimal effort. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said No! Then walked off. I was told by metro market staff that i could ring the cups up at the counter. I went back and took the two cups to the front. The starbucks employee followed me to the front as i already rang the cups up and snatched them out of my hands. She started yelling in the store that she is gonna get fired today for having to deal with me. At this point the entire store was now paying attention to the scene caused by the employee. I then told her this could have all been avoided if she just could have rung me up at the starbucks counter. This employee refuses to work and is stealing company time. The most atrocious form of customer service i have ever been involved in.

Starbucks is great, the price isnt, but a great pick me up, here and there. I have panera coffee subscription, a double shot espresso, .99 cent, and Im flying, I add to my coffee, I do ice coffee, sugar, espresso, half & half, and whatever flavor of coffee. 8.99 a month, every 2 hrs, perfect
