Once I bought through the app and it said that the place was open and when I checked on Google it said that the place was open but when I got to the store it was closed the pick save the next day I came back I explained the situation and they didn't solve it for me either They gave me the ? back. Sadly these cases happen but they should say CLOSED if they are closed.

Ordered two caramel macchiatos, got home and no coffee/expresso was in the drinks. There were literally 4-5 baristas working today so I'm not sure how and why they got this wrong. Maybe because they were having side conversations.... not worth my $10 for just a sugary drink and no caffeine

My girl was sitting for 25 minutes waiting for her drinks and they never gave her a straw and never told her her drinks were ready. One drink was in the online pick up and the other two were on the other side of the counter. Staff was rude
