Starbucks has very good coffee. Staff are nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean and food and drinks are perfect. However, some locations have issues with homeless people. Staff can be upset by this. Despite this, employees provide good service, bringing food and drink to tables and offering small gestures like getting a straw.
