Bathroom policy is bull. My 3year old needed to use that bathroom and they told me I needed to make a purchase in order to let her use the bathroom. She had an accident as soon as I got her back into the car to try and find another place to take her. Horrible customer care.

The usual very good, pricey, coffee. I was there early one morning and staff had not yet replenished the napkins and other items by the condiments section because some of the staff were obsessed with a homeless person standing outside the store. They were very upset the homeless person left before the police got there to do their thing. Staff at this store: Be Best.

Staff was nice (3 female baristas). I went in with the intention of chilling with my laptop and just be safe. When I entered, there was this homeless person; he was sort of changing clothes. I ignored him and got my drink and a small cake. After a few minutes, a female customer with a baby entered. While she was ordering, the homeless man threw up in the middle of the location. I immediately left.

I was on a business trip, and honestly chose this Starbucks because it has a parking lot! The 2 employees who helped me were very friendly and genuine. They brought my food and drink to my table and went back to get me a straw. I know this seems trivial but it's small gestures like this that make a positive impact. The restaurant was clean, food and drinks were perfect. Thanks to the team for making my morning better!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The employees and even the manager had an attitude toward some customers, including myself, when I walked in to place an order. To make matters worse, they messed up my order not once, but twice. Instead of taking responsibility, they seemed annoyed when I politely pointed it out. Customer service is just as important as the drinks, and unfortunately, this location really missed the mark. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Much better and more ethical coffee exists less than a block away, and throughout Brady street.
