yesterday, I went and ordered a tall iced white mocha and i received the completely wrong drink and the lady who made it was the ONE who took my order. not impressed. I go to this Starbucks a lot and get the same drink and it has been made right, but this time I received some iced coffee drink with like cocoa powder and soy milk. if I had my receipt I’d ask for a refund for a free drink but I told the barista that she didn’t make me the right drink and she just walked away to the back and I’m guessing she hid in there...

Seriously, this has to be the best Starbucks ever and beats even local shops for friendliness, and attention to detail (and safety in this time of plague).I started going to them when the two Starbucks literally a block away from my home shut down and I now bypass both of them to walk the extra six blocks to Red Arrow.In a big city it's nice to have them use your name and take a few minutes to get to know you. This group ALWAYS goes the extra mile, including regular and frequent outsidd table washdowns. No matter what time of day I'm there, it is unusual to not see them outside at least once but often twice, over the course of an hour.I used to avoid Starbucks but this crew has made me a true believer!

The berry trio parfait is overpriced and not true to the description in the app - there wasn't any sliced strawberry or whole blueberry at all. Very disappointing. The service is good though. They also provide free masks for customers.

Took 30 minutes to get my coffee, they forgot the cinnamon shake on top, about 10 people that ordered after me got their coffee first, didn’t refund me. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Starbucks and the baristas were rude as all get out.

Been to a Starbucks once, you practically been to them all. Thats what makes chains more easier to judge, unless they really messed up, you can grade them on everything else other than food. The drinks were nicely made in an orderly fashion, so that's a plus. Service was good, was greeted as I was approaching the counter and the barista took my order as soon as she was done finishing the customer before me. She was quite nice and friendly, had no problem understanding what I wanted. So that's already a 5/5 for customer service. Decor is nice, it has a real homey feel to it. Imagine what you think a coffee place would look like, after seeing alot of cozy coffee shops in movies and TV shows, that is what this place basically looks like. I quite like it. Would come here again for my frappicino fix.

I mean, as far as Starbucks go, this place is probably one of the best. The set-up is well done. There's an amazing view of the river/third ward out of the huge windows at the front and a big, cozy fireplace with a leather couch that is ideal for a good book. It's the usual suspects in terms of coffee/food, but I'm no coffee snob, so I'll let the product speak for itself.
