Per Starbucks policy, the free refill policy applies regardless of the original drink. I also chatted with an online agent and she confirmed that, but what can I do with them? Swung by in the evening while I was in town this past week to pick up a drink in the evening. It was great and service was wonderful. However there was strong smell of body odour in the vicinity. It wasn't near the counter so I don't think it was the baristas. It also wasn't there when I first walked in. I think it might be the security guard that works there. They showed up after I came in.

Nice atmosphere and good service . Can get busy during the morning rush hour and if there is a conference going on then expect even greater delays. Staff seemed to be doing a decent job keeping up . Location is good inside the Hilton hotel for a quick snack and cup of coffee

If you’re slinging 8$ coffee and bread make sure the tables in your area aren’t sticky and there isn’t trash.

I’m staying at the Hilton Milwaukee and had a frustrating experience at the Starbucks downstairs. My father and I waited over 30 minutes for two coffees. Our food was ready by 8:39, but drinks weren’t served until 9:06. One coffee was made incorrectly, and unfortunately, staff weren’t willing to correct it. The service was very slow and left a poor impression.

Waited 30 mins for a sandwich with almost no one in the restaurant and didn’t even get an apology or a have a nice day once I got it.
I went to this location with my kids. It’s pretty much the same as the others. Seems overpriced to me but the kids like it and that was the goal.
Despite some other peoples issues, I was pleasantly surprised the two times I did mobile orders, they were ready within several minutes.
Items tasted as they should.
